Great location, felt like home.

My wife and I were traveling with three kids from 5-10yrs. This place was amazing. They loved the pool/hot tub. My wife and I enjoyed the morning walks in the quite neighborhood. Very nice and clean place!

Beautiful Sarasota Villa

It was very pleasant working with owners,Beya and Steve. The villa was just as described in the VRBO listing. We used the home as our base to visit Botanical Gardens, go kayaking, walk the beach at Siesta Key, ride bicycles, and read on the porch. Lovely home away from home!

Great spot to vacation...all of 6 miles from Siesta Key's white sand beaches. Close on shopping. The vila is beautiful. It has everything you could possibly need...Beach chairs, umbrellas, full kitchen with all pot & pans you need.

Spring Training Weekend

Perfect accommodations for my husband, 20-year-old, and myself. Centrally located between ballparks, we visited close to the beach and utilized Legacy Trail to ride our bikes both days we were there. The pool was refreshing at the end of the day. We will mark it as a favorite. Thanks.

Great property at great price point

Great price point. Very spacious. Everything that you need is there. Ceiling fans seemed to have only one speed. AC was either too hot or too cold. Would use same owner again but maybe different unit.

Chris, thanks for your review, our fans have 3 speed, but wall switch needs to be switched on to be able to use their remote. Please next time, i am just a phone call away, if you cannot figure out something, as i am local and take great pride in my rental business and come to you immediately. Unless you call, we don't know and will not bother you in your vacation. New AC units in all my properties, with new thermostats where you adjust temperature by degree, so i don't understand when you say it's too hot or too cold. It is what you set it for. Maybe coming from outside in hot Florida, feels too cold first, but it is what you temperature you set it for. By the way, i have a contract with a very good 24/7 AC company who come out any time of the day to service the AC should you have any issues. Again, all you need is to call/text me with any issues during your stay, not two weeks after you are gone. Thank you so much!

Spring Break 2024

I brought my 3 daughters for their spring break!! The place was clean and accommodating for our little family. I will say the water pressure will clean any sand anywhere in the master bath, but the water pressure in the other was a little lacking. All in all it was perfect, spacious but intimate enough to watch a movie after a day at the beach! Walking distance to the pool. Close to shopping and a 15 minute car ride to Siesta Key beach.

Nikia. Thank you! Water pressure is good all across the villa now, had to clean filter in faucet in small bathroom. Lovely heated pool and Jacuzzi is onsite, only steps away from the villa (correction not to confuse others). Siesta Key Beach is 5-7 mins. If you choose to visit the tip of the island, that is 15 mins. In fact, we are only 3 mins from Siesta, once the 3rd bridge is done, very convenient location!

Good for Family!

Pros: 1. It's a big property, we are a family of 2+2 thoroughly enjoyed it 2. Closed garage 3. Lot of Utensils & dishes in the kitchen 4. Restaurants are close-by Cons: 1. TV cable remote is a big struggle (Smart TV might be a good option, where we can stream directly) 2. Towels in the bathroom are really old & a bit stinky (Luckily we brought our own towel with us) 3. Owner fees on top of night charges makes the total a bit higher. Overall : I recommend this place!

Thank you! Yes, it is a great property! You saw the spare towels (we normally use these in case of a leak in the villa). All the fresh ones were still in the dryer. As you arrived early and asked for an early check-in, towels were still drying which we advised you about. Also we found that you never touched the brand new towels in the bathroom closets. I am glad you found the villa perfect for your family! Lots of room, quiet, beautiful inside and out, great lush tropical park!

Last min trip unexpected departure

We literally made a last min plan to go to Sarasota from Marathon Fl due to unexpected storm and then literally day we arrived found out my FIL passed away so we had to depart in like 24 hours. This place was awesome everything felt like home, although didn’t need had soaps and shampoos and toothbrushes available - towels and beach supplies - garage and access to awesome pool Hated we had to leave and owner stated would try to accommodate us if we returned

Ohio Spring Break 2022

We had a great time at the pool and hot tub. There were always a lot of people there and they were all very nice. Our biggest complaint is that the description of the villa says “cycle to the beach” so we assumed it was somewhat close to Siesta Key which is where we planned to spend most of our time. It was a good 20-25 min drive to the beach everyday with traffic. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay in Sarasota and the villa. Lovely area.

Great Stay in Sarasota

Great Rental. Big spacious house with community pool and two tennis courts. No hassle simple drive to Siesta key beach . Easy to get around and best restaurants in Florida. Definitely rent from them again. Can’t go wrong here.

Stay in White Pine

Overall very enjoyable but with a few issues. We felt the property had not been properly prepared. Very dusty . All glasses and china needed washing. TVs didn’t work. Washing machine broke down. Insects every day on walls and work tops in kitchen. Poor quality towels. Beata was very helpful and quick to solve the issues but we felt they should not have occurred.

Pauline, i am sorry you were the very first guests after a complete remodeling onsite, dust might have come in even during your stay from outside. All is finished now, everywhere is beautiful inside-out. Yes, as you said, you were unlucky during your stay but i replaced both the TV boxes immediately and also the washing machine, on the day! It is unfortunately unpredictable, anything can go bad with electronics.....even in your own home. The important is that i, the host and owner, is responsive and acts immediately which i did and also presented you with a gift card for the inconvenience which was totally out of my control. Brand new towels are stacked up in bathroom closet behind door, just ask if you need anything, i do and give everything to make your stay the most comfortable. When i was helping you in the villa, i saw all your food and garbage everywhere all around the kitchen, left opened on the counter, of course insects come and feed on the food left open out for them. Don't leave food open outside, everywhere! Association have regular pest control every month, so there is never a bug issue here. Brand New villa, new floor, new paint, new furniture, now new appliances!

Thank you! The pool area is beautiful, normally very quiet, most of the time of the year i only see 1 or 2 guests there. Yes, you came mid-July, right in kids summer vacation. Thanks for a great review, i know you mentioned that you meant to give us a 5-star, but your kid pushed the button too soon , so only 3* came through, and VRBO has no means to alter reviews, just leave it or delete it. Never mind, we take it as 5*! Thanks again!

Property was clean, stocked with amenities, and ready to go. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, and bed linens. Bed was extremely comfortable. Lots of little extras. Usually you find something negative to say, even if it was a small inconvenience, but not here. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Excellent home away from home!

This was wonderful! It was a huge condo with plenty of sleeping room-2 twins, 1 king & 2 pullout sofas, plus an air mattress. It was so spacious with a large kitchen & 2 eating areas. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great house and location

This property was great! Had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool is heated and the hot tub was wonderful. It is in a quiet neighborhood with no traffic and the property butts up to a golf course for a nice view. The location is close to Siesta Key beach, rated #1 beach in the United States, and for good reason. There are stores, shopping malls, restaurants all close by. We loved it.

More washcloths in closet right by bathrooms where we keep a stack of different size towels. Ample washcloths by the many dozens. Next time, please ask if you don't find anything, we are just a phone call away. Thank you.
