The building was one of the oldest in the area! So it had its quirks but lovely all in all! Definitely in a walkable area and steps from a plaza, Uffizi, and tons of dining options and shopping! We had a great stay!

Staff were very helpful and kind. There were noises conical from the street and the neighbors. Very close to most of the places you’d want to go in Florence. Overall good experience for the price.

The room was exactly as described! I would recommend to others! The location was great and the apartment was very spacious. The elevator was appreciated with large suitcases!

Excellent location, close to Uffizi and Duomo. Lots of places to eat nearby. Hordes of tourists in the streets but across the river is quieter with some great restaurants. Clean apartment but it could use dish towels and dish drainer. Connecting with concierge to check in was tricky because WiFi is spotty in the area. But it all worked out okay.

The location of the Lucky House cannot be beat! It is the perfect spot for exploring the city. We throughly enjoyed having so many amazing restaurants, shops and history available right on our door step. Check in was easy and the property was very comfortable.

The place is the ideal location. Perfect and close to everything, the only thing is the apartment not being deep cleaned properly. There are tons of dead mosquitos on the wall. The pictures don’t match all that well, they don’t have the proper kitchen necessities as well.

Needs a good cleaning, but an unbeatable location

This would be a great apartment if:- sealing the place against mosquitos which are all over the apartment and bite while you sleep- deep cleaning, especially the dead bugs on walls

We had a nice meet and greet with Oscar. He went over all the keys and specifics and allowed us to drop off our bags since we arrived early. However, the room was not ready by 4:00 check-in and had he not called the cleaners I'm not sure when it would have been ready. The property is in an historic area which was bussiling, the apartment space itself is old and tired, no updates, worn furniture and not what we expected from the photos, very disappointed.

The Best Location

We hit the jackpot. If you are planning to walk to museums and old town sights this is the place. As soon as you walk out of the front door, look to the right and you will see the Palazzo Vecchio. The Uffizi is around the corner. A short walk across the Ponte Vecchio and turn left for a great grocery store. As for the apartment, it is basic but very clean and comfortable. Very good highspeed Wi-Fi and air conditioning. We would stay here over and over.

The location of this apartment is its biggest advantage. It’s in an excellent area, just a 5-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, about 2 minutes from the Uffizi Gallery, and around a 14-minute walk to the Accademia Gallery. There are also many great restaurants, cafés, and excellent gelato shops nearby, making it a very convenient base for exploring Florence on foot.Unfortunately, the apartment itself did not meet our expectations. The cleanliness could have been much better, and the bathroom sink was clogged during our stay. The floors were old and heavily scratched, giving the apartment a worn appearance. While it had the basic necessities, it was not particularly comfortable or inviting.The bathroom has no ventilation, and the apartment receives very little natural light. Even during the day it felt quite dark. Because it is an interior-facing apartment, opening the windows doesn’t provide much fresh air. There are also no shutters or effective window coverings, so privacy is limited when the windows are open.Overall, I would highly recommend this location because it is perfect for sightseeing, but I would not recommend this particular apartment unless the maintenance, cleanliness, and lighting issues are addressed.

Perfect Location Near Palazzo Vecchio

This apartment is location right next to Palazzo Vecchio. Endless choices for dining, shopping, and attractions nearby. Very clean property. Nice to have an elevator in the building, Surprisingly quiet. Great A/C. Very comfortable mattress. Plenty of hot water. Great hosts. They communicate well. Very reasonable price for the location. Kitchen has everything you need, but no microwave or electric kettle. Washer works great and is quiet.

Incredible location with a good place to return to

We loved our time in Florence staying at the Lucky House. The location right on Piazza della Signoria could honestly not be beat. Being this close to the Duomo, Uffizi, restaurants, shops, and the train station couldn't be beat! The apartment itself was fine. There were minimal tools to cook meals, which isn't a problem as there are not a lack of restaurants in the area. There was also a problem with the hot water heater throwing errors and shutting off after a couple minutes of operation. Overall I would highly recommend this property as you can't beat the location!

Lucky House

Fantastic location! Great AC and wifi. The building has a small elevator which was great but it could only be used to go up, not for going down. We were met promptly and given great instructions. But we had major problems with the hot water tank. No hot water for the first day and despite calls and texts to the daytime emergency number we had no reply. Fortunately the evening number responded promptly. However we had to continuously reset the hot water tank. Also, there was no blanket available for the bed, only sheets. In the kitchen there was no plug for the sink and no dishtowel to dry the dishes, we had to buy one. The small kitchen appliances including the kettle did not fit the outlet and we had to use our own adapter to plug them in.
