Hello good morning, We are glad that you enjoyed the apartment and the city of Florence. We hope in the future to be able to host you again! See you soon!

Good morning Audrey, thank you for leaving your judgment. The apartment is a tourist rental and it is not possible to offer more services than you have found in the apartment. The check-in takes place online as the property has access with keypad or keybox. Payment is simple, we send the payment link because VRBO makes you enter a credit card as guarantee that does not withdraw automatically but we have to do it manually and of course there are blocks on the cards and it is not possible to do so. Therefore we send payment links to our hosts to pay for stays. You have not paid anything extra, only what is on the reservation and the tourist tax. However thank you for choosing us, Greetings Wine Apartments Florence staff
