The space
This modern apartment is light and airy, and has been thoughtfully designed with guest comfort in mind.
The lounge has an inviting seating area, which is perfect for unwinding at the end of a fun day exploring the many attractions nearby.
There is a desk area too, which many guests will find to be a convenient feature.
In the well equipped and functional kitchen you'll find everything you need for your stay, including a handy Nespresso coffee machine, were you can enjoy a meal with views of the mountains, forest and river.
You'll enjoy a refreshing wash in the shower room, which has been tastefully decorated with patterned tiles, and boasts a twin head shower.
The bedroom decor is very much a nod to the beautiful colors of the landscape around the town of Bethesda. Wooden bed frame and furniture, as well as green soft furnishings give a suitable feel to this peaceful space.
There is a free standing mirror in the room, as well as a smart TV .
Outside the apartment on the opposite side of the road, you'll find a quaint park area, which is a great space to enjoy the outdoors without straying far from the property.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire top floor apartment. Access can be gained from either the front or rear of the property. The front is roadside access on foot and through a communal entrance and up 2 flights of stairs.
There is private off road parking directly outside the front of the building in a communal car park, and also rear parking with space for 1 car accessed via an off track road with rear access to the property.
For guests with mobility issues, please note there is no lift in this building.
A sofa bed is available for an extra charge of £20 for the extra linen. Otherwise, guests are welcome to bring their own linen for the sofa bed.
