There is a super-king-size bedroom that can be set up as a twin on request, serviced by a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is a rear enclosed patio with astroturf and furniture, plus a communal lawn with two seat hammock, football nets and barbecue area. Off-road ample parking. Four well-behaved dogs are welcome at 20 GBP per dog - please enquire about bringing more than four, this must be approved by the owner first.. Within 1.4 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, Egyptian linens, towels and WiFi included in the rent.
