Welcome to Nature's Cottage. Nature's Chalet Style Cedar cottage is a one of a kind.
This Beautiful spacious 2,750 sq ft back lot Cottage has 4 inviting bedrooms as well as a pull out sectional sofa with 2.5 bathrooms and a large chef's kitchen as well as a bar in the basement and an open concept kitchen/living room and dining room.
This beautiful property has 2 separate beach fronts 100 meters either side. 5 minute drive from downtown Bayfield with all the shops and 15 minute drive to Goderich. Enjoy our updated 1200 sq ft deck that wraps around the cottage. Sunroom is also there in case you just want some shade. Or feel free to enjoy the Central Air Conditioning in the house on the really hot days.
Beautiful firepit in back yard after a day in the sun. Sit around a beautiful campfire and listen to your favorite music.
Beautiful custom built dining table fits 10 people, although I only have 8 chairs so the guests are extremely comfortable. The kitchen island located behind the dining table has 4 bar stools that is perfect while cooking or just as an extra place in case you do need to feed more than 10 people.
Free wifi is included in the home.
55" TV in the basement with cable to watch your favorite shows live or on demand.
Tassimo and Kreurig coffee machine is on site.
Games for kids all ages includes: Monopoly, Risk, Settlers of Catan, dominos, cards, magic the gathering, and many more.
Bedroom 1 - Upstairs ensuite with King Size bed, full bath, small seating area.
Bedroom 2 - Main Floor Queen bed with closet, Night Table and dresser.
Bedroom 3 - Main Floor Twin bed on the one wall. Bunk bed with Twin over Twin on the other wall. Closet and drawers in the bunk bed drawers.
Bedroom 4 - Lower level bedroom with Queen Bed and 2 night stands.
Additional pull out sectional sofa is available in the basement in case you need additional room.
Guest will have full and exclusive use of the entire home as well as the front and back yards as well as access to the beach fronts.
The cottage is situated along the shores of Lake Huron, where the coastline includes some elevated areas that provide stunning panoramic views of the lake. To access the lake, there is a staircase with 100 steps, along with another entry point via crown land.

I grew up in Waterloo, Ontario. When I was in my 20's I moved to Toronto for 8 years. Some people enjoy the city and go go go. My vacations used to consist of Las Vegas, New York, Mexico and Niagara falls in between. I moved back to Waterloo in my late 20's and I met my beautiful wife who introduced me to Bayfield in my 30's.
My wife has been coming to Bayfield for over 40 years. We purchased a trailer and spent every single weekend in the summer here. We love the beautiful scenery and the Nature Bayfield has to offer with the beautiful lake and the most stunning sunset this country. Bayfield also has beautiful boutique shops in downtown Bayfield and all the nice restaurants and local attractions, I am still learning that there is so much to do here that I have not even taken advantage of.
My wife has been coming to Bayfield for over 40 years. We purchased a trailer and spent every single weekend in the summer here. We love the beautiful scenery and the Nature Bayfield has to offer with the beautiful lake and the most stunning sunset this country. Bayfield also has beautiful boutique shops in downtown Bayfield and all the nice restaurants and local attractions, I am still learning that there is so much to do here that I have not even taken advantage of.

We decided to give back and let people experience the things life has to offer which is just over an hour from my hometown in Waterloo. We recently purchased this property and decided to undergo renovations prior to renting it out for the season. We have changed the floor in the Great Room as well as the 3 of the 4 bedrooms. With my 2 small beautiful children, we designed this place so we can use it for our enjoyment. Therefore, my home is your home. I am very neat and tidy and clean, so my commitment to you is you are walking in to a cottage with the feel of a home. I would never want my kids playing in a place that is not clean at all times.
I know a lot of people purchase used furniture since it is just a cottage and no need to spend money. That is not our mentality. We decided to refurnish the entire house:
Ensuite Bedroom #1- Brand new King Size Bed with 2 night tables.
Main Floor Bedroom #2 - Brand new Bunk Beds (for people less than 125 pounds please) with a pull out bed at the bottom of the bunk bed for smaller kids. As well as a new Twin bed.
Main Floor Bedroom #3 - Brand new Queen bed with Dresser and night table
Basement Bedroom #4 - Brand new Queen bed with 2 night stands.
In addition, to the new bedroom sets, there is a beautiful wood dining table that fits 8 comfortably with 8 new designer chairs. It can easily fit 2 more without worrying about space. If the 10 at the table will not suffice, there is also an island between the kitchen and the dining room which can accommodate a few more.
We also decided to furnish this place with a new Sofa and 2 chairs in the open concept Great Room.
There is an additional sectional sofa in the basement which also has a pull out double bed.
The backyard has a beautiful fire pit so you can enjoy this half acre lot day or night.
