The Villa​
The grandeur of this luxury holiday home rental, gardens and the vast span of unobstructed views over the Ionian sea are incomparable. Manicured lawns and ornate flowering shrubbery are ever present. There is a multitude of dining spaces leaving you wondering where to take your next delicious meal, opting to choose a new spot each time according to the view that suits your present mood. The interior is refined and stylish and rooms blend easily from one to the next. Moroccan marble floors, summery coloured furnishings, and huge sliding glass doors, which pass out of sight into the walls, instantly create an ambiance of outdoor living.

The villa was completely renovated in 2001 to the highest standards of design and quality and is regularly updated. The style of the furnishings and decor is arranged for cool, comfortable elegant Mediterranean living. The original house featured in two Hollywood productions, "the Executioner" with George Pepperd & Joan Collins in 1970, and "James Bond: For Your Eyes Only" with Roger Moore & Carole Bouquet in 1981.

Main House interior: entrance level; entrance hall and guest bathroom. Upper level; large open plan living and dining area with fireplace, study, two master bedrooms ensuite, kitchen and staff rooms. Lower level; reading room, four twin bedrooms ensuite with direct access to gardens.

Guest House: living room, kitchenette, and balcony, one double bedroom ensuite, one twin bedroom ensuite both with a private terrace.

Studio: one double bedroom ensuite with direct access to pool, gym with treadmill and multi-exercise training machine.

Exterior: 70 square metre main terrace, 200 square metre swimming pool, pool house, 5 al fresco dining areas, three garden areas, direct access to the sea, beach terrace and a private 16-metre pier
