This home is in a subdivision and is not secluded from other people. The benefit of being in the neighborhood is that it is one of the few areas in Three Rivers where it is safer to take an evening stroll or bike ride. In the backyard, you can listen to the sounds of the river and stare at the stars while relaxing on the patio.

Enjoy three Bedrooms, two bathrooms, over 1600 square feet of house space, and a large backyard patio for family gatherings. We have a game room, living room, large kitchen, and three bedrooms for everyone to spread out. Come check us out!

You can only access the river directly behind the house and cannot walk up and down the river bank. Everything is private property; please do not trespass. The river is seasonal and not guaranteed to have water year-round.

Smoking is not allowed on this property, inside or outside. Any signs of smoking, vaping, etc., will result in a $250 acceptable cleaning fee.

Parties and late-night social gatherings are prohibited, and quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. If we receive any complaints from the neighbors, you will be removed immediately without a refund.

The river is private property. Obey the signs, and please do not trespass on our neighbors' properties.
