Our tranquil, beautiful home in the woods is ready to welcome you and enjoy the spectacular, ever changing views!

Blue Ridge Mountain View is a new construction. The unique architecture was designed with emphasis on engagement with the trees canopy and enhancing the enchanting views.

10 minutes away from the Luray Caverns entrance, 30 minutes from one of the famous hiking in the nation Shenandoah National Park.

Shenandoah River access with boat launch 5 minutes away by car.

1 Bedroom upstairs with a king size bed with a comfortable foam mattress,

1 Powder Room next to the bedroom, dressing room and vanity next to the bedroom.

My wife, our two small Scotties and I were delighted in our stay here over an extended weekend to celebrate her birthday. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had an incredible view that the deck and porch made the most of. Our host provided easy check in, was most responsive and offered thoughtful recommendations while working to make our stay pleasant. Giovannella was accommodating, communicative and even left a birthday decoration for my wife. We appreciated all the little touches that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable

This was a very nice place to stay. Beautiful views to compliment your morning coffee and close to the attractions when you are ready to head out. The host supplied everything that was necessary and then some. If the opportunity were to come up again to visit the area this would be a first choice.

Charming rental - the layout, amenities and communication with the host were excellent! The weather didn’t permit as much hiking as we normally do, but the view from the swing on the covered porch made up for whatever the weather restricted!

Felt like home

Property was clean and updated. Felt like home with the decor and absolutely loved the screened in porch and over-sized porch swing. Communication was great if we had any questions or recommendations. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

What a wonderful property! The stay was excellent and so was the owner. She was in contact with us throughout and made sure that we were getting the most out of our stay. The property was very clean and well appointed. You will LOVE having coffee on the back porch swing watching the sun come up over the mountains. Located very close to Luray Caverns and Skyline drive. Both were very enjoyable. We plan on coming back again for sure.

We will keep coming back!

This place is amazing! Third time staying here and it just gets better and better. The place is clean and cozy and the screened in porch is just the best place for having morning tea and watching the deer. The host is just the best and is excellent with communication. I would definitely reccomend staying here if you are looking for a cozy and relaxing time.

We love this amazing place our kids and our pet was really happy they love the location

The house beautiful and pretty. When we arrived it was nice and clean. My kids loved it and so did out dog. The homeowner was Amazing and answered any questionswe had. I strongly recommend people to come and stay here. 1we recommend this place for everyone and we hope to come back soon

Nice quiet weekend

House is small, as described in the listing, but comfortable and well equipped. Wife and I wanted a quiet relaxing weekend and this house worked perfectly. We have rented here before and would not hesitate to come again. Communication with the homeowner was great

Wonderful Little House!

Cozy and comfortable getaway

We really enjoyed staying at the little house for our ski weekend. It was charming, quiet and comfortable. Giovanella was very accommodating and always quick to respond. She made sure that we felt welcome and comfortable. The house was just the retreat we needed after long days skiing and hiking nearby. We loved cozying up with homemade meals and a fireplace each night. We’d highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed the little house!

Me and my husband celebrated our anniversary in the little house. It's a very romantic place and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We planned to go out for a dinner first, but then decided to appreciate the beauty of nature and the birds singing on the backyard. The house is comfortable, clean and close to the lake, located on a very quiet street... And it smells good inside)) Thank you Giovanella, we will be back again!

Perfect Little house for countryside gateway

Fabulous Find

Gianella's home is beautiful. It checked all of the boxes for us. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Our family is actually trying to decide when we should come down again. She was a very sweet and attentive host. She made sure we had everything we needed. The cherry on the top was the view and that bottle of wine she left welcoming us. Thank you Gianella!

A well made home in the heart of Shenandoah Valley with a great host

My friends and I spent the weekend at this property. Giovannella has good taste and you can see it in every tiny detail about this property. She was extremely helpful with tips and information right from the time I made the booking. She was also very prompt with her responses every time I had questions or requests. We made great memories from our stay here. I highly recommend it. My only regret is not staying longer.

Relaxing and enjoyable getaway

We stayed at the little house for a two day getaway and despite the rain we had an awesome, relaxing and stress free trip. The house is not just a house...Giovannella made it a home. It is cozy, warm and inviting. EVERYTHING you could possibly need is there waiting. It rained the whole trip and we weren't able to enjoy the beautifully set up outdoor amenities but we will when we return for our next stay here!! Thank you Giovannella for a great country experience!!

Girls Get-A-Way

The Little Cozy House was perfect for my sister, my mother and I. We wanted to get away to relax and reconnect and we enjoyed a comfortable week. Giovanella was an excellent host, checking in on us to see if we needed anything and to make sure that everything was ok. We had a couple of rainy days so we didn't get to explore and enjoy outdoor activities but the Little Cozy House provided us with plenty of room to enjoy movies, games and great conversation.

I love this house so much we came back!!

We stayed here last year and absolutely loved our experience we came back! Giovannella (the owner) has supreme hosting skills and is communicative throughout the whole experience! It rained most of the time we were there but that was ok! The screened in porch provided many activities we were still able to do outside. If your looking to unwind and relax, this is the place! Giovannella provides practically everything, as well as a positive upbeat attitude! Of course we will be coming back!

Best place to be snowed in

This was a perfect retreat. Access easy to Shenandoah NP and Shenandoah River SP. We chose the property based on the promised view and were not disappointed! Sunrise was phenomenal as was watching the snowstorm come over the mountain... You look out over a pasture toward the Stony Man area of Shenandoah mtns in the distance. Closer to, the birdfeeders kept the yard view lively. The home is completely unique, cozy, and clearly made with a lot of care and modern taste. Giovannella was helpful, welcoming and well prepared.

Lovely!

Me and my family decided to spend the holidays out of the city. As soon as I found the little house in the website, I felt this was the right place. Giovanella is the best host I ever had when renting a place. She always answered my questions, give me all the information and instructions clearly, left us a delicious bottle of wine, and even accommodated my grandmother at the last minute without any problem. The house is so warm and cozy! Definitely we’re going back!

The Little House with Big Charm!

It was just us two and our little corgi and the house was the perfect size! So warm, cozy, and inviting. The owner, Giovannella, was an absolute delight to talk to and very helpful. The screened in porch was one of the best features. We stayed when the weather was very rainy but with the screened in porch we could still have fun outside. Very clean and had everything you could need! We live in a city and kricket ( our dog) loved running around without a lease. We cant say enough good things about the little house, we will be back for sure!

Long weekend getaway

We stayed at the Little House for a long weekend. My husband and I own a dog walking business and also hold 2 full time jobs. Needless to say, we needed a break! This house was the perfect relaxing weekend getaway we needed! The owner, Giovannella, is the most WONDERFUL person to correspond with. She wrote back immediately and answered my questions with kindness and consideration. She made our stay a memorable one and we will be back! Thank you Giovannella <3

Cathy has been a pleasure communicating with and every step of the way! Cathy her husband and her friend and their dog were the most considered, kind, respectful, polite, very clean and kind. I recommend them greatly to any host, althogh I will love for them to come back to the little house!☺ Thank you Cathy!💜
