Easy. That's what it was. Easy to find, easy to leave home and still be able to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal and have everything I needed. The kitchen is perfectly stocked and the cabin was just the right size for my husband and adult children to enjoy. The hot tub while a little slick to get in was perfect for star gazing. If you want some place that makes it feel easy to relax and unwind Little Al is it. Brenda and Lynnwood are so responsive to answer questions, come grab the trash or anything else you need. We'll definitely come back to the Brenwood cabins.

We rented this property for my daughter's wedding. It was on property of the venue. It was a perfect location for family members to stay. They enjoyed the hot tub and the warm, cozy feel of the cabin. It met our needs perfectly.

Didnā€™t have time to use hot tub. But would have. I donā€™t usually use hot tubs at rentals. But this one looked amazingly kept up. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked for a quick weekend getaway. Parameters were mountains, seclusion, pet friendly, but near amenities. This property fit that perfectly. We were close to hiking, Luray Caverns, had a camp fire on site and just generally a relaxing couple of days. The property was clean & the host available, a good stay.

Very sweet log cabin

Brenda and her husband are very sweet! The cabin was very clean and there is a lot to do on their property. They keep the property very well maintained as well. The hot tub was spotless. The campfire pit was already cleaned up ready to go with logs ready for use. The TV had a DVD player and some nice extra movies for us to watch. There was also a lake that you could walk to with a gazebo that was absolutely beautiful at one point, Brenda and her husband came over to check on us to see if we needed anything And weā€™re so polite even asked if we needed them to take out our trash . Wonderful experience!

Cabin house!

We loved this quaint, clean cabin near Shenandoah National Park. The setting was lovely with a shared pond and play ground near by. The wedding venue had fireworks one night and it seemed like they were just for us. Well stocked kitchen.

Adorable Cabin with All Your Needs

The cabin curb appeal is very nice. Itā€™s quaint with a fire pit, porch swing, and adorable entry. Once inside, thereā€™s plenty of seating for an entire family in the living room, the kitchen is open with a nice table, and the rooms are a good size for a couple. The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels. We enjoyed the hot tub everyday. Greatly appreciate the fully stocked cooking gear and the extra sun dries (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaners, etc). It was a great stay and highly recommend for a quiet stay. Youā€™re close enough to a grocery and about 45ish minutes to Shenandoah. The owners are very responsive and we had no issues.

Vacation

My finance and I booked a little getaway. This cabin was everything we hoped for. We enjoyed the hot tub and all the surroundings in Stanley. We visited luray caverns and hiked old rag. The cabin was clean and furnished beautifully. The cabin owners were easy to get up with and answered all questions quickly. Highly recommend and would rebook in the future.

Wonderful family vacation!

The property was beautiful and the perfect size for our family vacation! Loved that we were able to bring our dog with us! The cabin was clean, organized, and well maintained. It was also stocked with plenty of appliances to be able to cook meals at the cabin. Brenda (one of the owners)was super friendly! The hot tub was great at the end of a long day. And the firepit was stocked with plenty of wood and we had a great time roasting marshmallows and hot dogs! We had a fantastic time both at the cabin and around the area. There was a near by lake (Arrowhead) that had a section of sand so it was like visiting the beach for a day. We also visited the Luray Caverns and the connecting museums. Can't wait to visit again! Would love to come back when the kids are a little over to do some hiking, visit the other Caverns that are near by, and to do the rope course. Will definitely stay at Little Al's again! Thanks for the great family vacation!

Rhis cabin is magical āœØļø šŸ˜ My husband and I wanted a getaway to decompress, it did just that šŸ˜Š our 2 boxers loved venturing around too. Very secluded and beautiful starry nights in the hot tub. A must stay if in the area.

Ideal Cabin/Location

It is a wonderful property. Perfect mix of being "isolated" in the woods/away from the world, but still close to basic conveniences, stores, etc., with all the amenities (Wi-Fi, satellite TV, hot tub, full kitchen, etc. Host are excellent -- friendly, responsive, etc. This was our fourth stay and looking forward to being back

Relaxing place!

The cabin was very clean and very well stocked. Hot tub clean and ready. Natural around is peaceful and beautiful. One down side, one of the days the one of the owners was working in the woods with a chainsaw and it was a little loud to sit outside. Otherwise everything was perfect!

My Niece and I had a little girls weekend and stumbled across this gem . Our plan was to drive and hike the parkway ..the weather didn't cooperate but we did enjoy the lovely stay at the cabin and loved the hot tub ! Everything was clean and cozy

Great stay!

The cleanliness of this cabin was impeccable. The owners go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. We would definitely stay there again. The only complaint I have is that there is a view of a big garage and some trucks on one side of the cabin. Other than that, it was perfect!

We built our log home and loved it!. We decided to build a few cabins so other people could enjoy cabin life and the beautiful area. In 2007 we started the vacation rental business and have enjoyed talking to and meeting new people from all over the world. Many guests have made our cabins a place to return to make memories. Some of the children call it their cabin and want to know when it is time to return.

This mountain area was in my husbands family and we were lucky enough to purchase it. It has fond memories for us and our children at the pond where picnics and fishing were enjoyed. There is a picnic shelter by the pond with a stone fireplace.
