The spacious kitchen/diner to the back of the property comes fully equipped and includes a coffee making station as well as a range of appliances, cookware and gadgets to make food prep a breeze, and opens out to a sunny courtyard where you’ll find a table, chairs and a built-in bench to create a private space for fresh air dining and entertaining.

All that St Ives is famous for lies right on the doorstep including its vibrant art scene and galleries, shops, restaurants and harbour. Two of the town’s best beaches including Porthminster and Porthmeor lie within half a mile of the property too so guests can enjoy surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, coasteering, kayaking, sunbathing and swimming within just a few minutes of leaving the front door.

An off road parking space is provided at Bodanna, Manor Drive, TR26 2AW. The parking space is 1.1 miles away from the property which is a 22 minute walk away. There is the option to get the 16 bus from Treloyn Avenue to St Ives Cinema which is located close to Abla's Abode.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
