Water's Edge - a beautiful property in Chorley, Lancashire sleeping 4 guests
This charming retreat is close to the banks of the Anglezarke Reservoir, and is designed to make the most of its stunning surroundings. Water's Edge is set out over two floors with the open-plan living area on the first floor and the bedrooms down below.
Floor to ceiling glass doors ensure the living area is flooding with natural light, and lead out onto a balcony overlooking the reservoir. On those cooler evenings you can relax on the sumptuous velvet sofa, ideally placed to ensure that you can take in the glorious views at any time of year. At the far end of this spacious vaulted living space is the bespoke blush pink kitchen which is well-equipped for even the keenest chef and finished off with an ercol dining table and chairs. In addition, there is a utility room on the ground floor complete with a washing machine.
On the ground floor you are greeted by two gorgeous en-suite bedrooms to choose from, both tastefully furnished and with exposed beams. The first bedroom boasts a vaulted ceiling, and stunning views from the height glass windows accompanied by a king-size French style bed. There is also a door that leads out on to the sunny patio, ideal for enjoying that morning coffee. The second bedroom has a super-king size zip and link bed, that can be configured as two single beds on request, and an en-suite bath and shower room.
Water's Edge is located within the beautiful Lancashire countryside, where there is an abundance of walks and cycle trails right on your doorstep making this a truly special place to enjoy the great outdoors.

One small/medium well-behaved dog welcome (small additional charge).
Children over the age of 5 years and infants welcome. Please provide own infant equipment.

A hairdryer is provided in bedroom one.
