-There is a device on the property that monitors noise levels to ensure the well-being of neighbours.



Failure to comply with the following rules may result in partial or total deduction from the security deposit:

•Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

•Smoking inside the property.

•Presence of guests not included in the booking.

•Parties, excessive noise or breach of quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

•Security callout due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

•Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

•Breach of check-out time, by default until 10:00.

•An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

•Key left in the lock.

•Use of glass objects in the pool, where applicable.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional on completing online check-in, security deposit authorisation and payment of the tourist tax.
