The property is located 5 minutes from the Lesseps station, which you can take to Plaça Catalunya in just 10 minutes. You also have buses and railways, so you can easily travel to all of them!

This house is located in a fashionable area of Putxet and El Farró is a residential barrio, located next to the gardens of the Turó of Putxet, a garden park in the height of a hill with views to the city and sea. You can find numbers of Catalan modernist architectural buildings, such as La Casa Ramos, a modernist living building from the principles of the XX century. - If the shipping day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 cargo will be at the following rates: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., from 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 hour 150 euros

- The Tourist Package will be valid in Barcelona in 2023. (€5/person/night, under 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

- NO IS ALLOWED to smoke without any concept. Receive a denunciation or maintain that smoking in the apartment will result in the immediate desalting of the apartment and up to a maximum of 400 euros.

- NO SE PERMITTE parties or meetings without any concept. If you receive a crime and/or the police, security or doctors intervene, you will be charged a sum of €500 (in addition to the police)
