The house, carefully furnished with Sardinian style details, consists of a living room with sofa bed and dining area, full kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher and all other appliances, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both air-conditioned and functionally furnished, a full bathroom with shower. Externally a small but comfortable inner courtyard, also furnished with care, in which to spend the evenings enjoying an aperitif with the sight of the historical center of Oliena.
The whole house tells of Ciu Nenneddu, one of the last shepherds who lived in the mountains with his flock of which he had particular care. His sheepfold, located in the Lanaitho Valley, was both the base where he spent his nights, but also the place where the products were processed and where you had the opportunity to taste the true authenticity of the place. All these stories are documented by stories, photos and articles, made by both local people and journalists from overseas came to know this small reality that has been preserved over the decades, and that in Sa Domo de Ciu Nenneddu you will know in detail, thanks to an exhibition in the house of the authentic equipment and prints accompanied by stories that you can read during your stay in this house.
