Lakefront Vacation House w/ quiet, sandy beach/boats -

We are pleased that the location worked for you but disappointed that we did not meet your expectations regarding the family homestead. A planned renovation of the kitchen for spring of 2021 was put on hold until spring of 2022 by contractor due to supplies and time constraints...and guest commitments starting in June. We will continue to work to improve the interior to provide a more acceptable look. Thank you for your helpful input.

Angie.. Thank you for your comprehensive and thoughtful review of your stay at the lake. We will correct the shower situation ... our apologies to you for the curtain condition. We will also look into changing to a new, expanded rod for more comfort. We have increased the number of adult life jackets as we were not aware there was a shortage - thank you for pointing it out to us. As the upstairs bath has just been fully renovated, we are surprised about the low water pressure in the shower. That will be addressed and corrected. Please know that your kind comments and helpful suggestions for improvement are very much appreciated. We hope that you chose to return to the lake and will stay with us again. Regards, Jim

We are pleased that you and the family had a good time at the lake ...in spite of the high water and your great salvage efforts retrieving the dock pieces and boats. Thank you for that!!! I apologize for the broken tea kettle - we will replace it - and will also replace the paper towel holder. If there were any other issues please let us know. We hope that your travels back to the west coast were without issues and that if you ever visit the east again you will consider us.
