Thank you for your feedback. We were genuinely surprised to read many of these comments, as none of these issues were reported to us during your two-week stay. The only requests we received from You were for a replacement TV remote and assistance finding a channel to watch the Olympics. Your stay coincided with a once a decade Storm so unusually severe weather in the region, which unfortunately can affect balcony of palm leaves clogged the drain. That said, had any concerns been raised during your stay, we would have acted immediately to investigate and resolve them. We take guest experience, maintenance, and cleanliness very seriously, and we always encourage guests to contact us in real time so we can assist without delay.
