This appartment is always desinfected by a professional team in all the check out, against covid19. It is equipped with alcohol gel for customer safety.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 3 people. The accommodation is 60 m², is cozy and fully equipped.

Situated on the first floor of a building, it consists of master bedroom with double bed and another with single bed. The living room, equipped with fireplace for the winter cold, also has the kitchen together. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. It also has a smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi internet.

In winter, firewood is provided for heating included in the price.

Up to the second floor, our host can find two large terraces, one facing north with a beautiful view to the Monchique mountain range and another facing south being very sunny.

This apartment, although situated in the center, is far from the noise and confusion of the busiest streets, being therefore very quiet

Staff go out of their way to be helpful. Wonderful property with 2 fabulous rooftop veranda's, Everything is there that you could possibly require and if not shops are close by to buy what you need. Wonderful stay. will be going again.

Excellent Apartment

The apartment is in the centre of Alvor near the church,great mini market 2 mins walk,beach 10 mins walk ,the apartment was excellent had everything we needed and 2 superb terraces with sun all day. Claudio the owner collected and brought us back to the airport, this was a great service and he is a very nice man. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment which is brilliantly situated close to all amenities

Apartment was spotlessly clean with a nice welcome pack. It was comfortable, very well equipped and Claudio was able to deal quickly and efficiently with any enquiries. Fire was great given we were there in February when evenings are a little cooler. Roof terraces were fabulous for outdoor eating and relaxing. Alvor is a delightful town with lots to see and do and the walking opportunities were many and varied. Thanks for a great break and we look forward to returning!

3 week break Alvor

Very well equipped. Two nice terraces. Sliding doors are a bit stiff to open. Great location. Kitchen/ sitting room cold in winter and although had log burner was a bit too much to light every day. There was an electric heater .this would be fine in summer as heating would not be a problem. Flat cleaned once a week which was good. Host very nice and arranged our pick up and return with a friendly taxi driver.

Nice clean apartment

We rented the property for a month. The property was clean and as in the pictures. We booked the property because of the roof terraces, to relax in the afternoons in the sun Unfortunately the house next door was undergoing a total renovation, the noise was awful. Claudio did his best to help reduce the noise by asking them not to work on Saturdays and not drill in till after 10am. He also offered us some compensation. But to be honest the holiday was not relaxing.

Thank you for your review that was very important for us. I am very happy to see that inside the appartment everything was ok. I can not control what is hapening outside and unfortunately my neigbor didn't advise me about the renovation. This renovation is coming to the end and it will be quiet again. Não podíamos ter desejado melhor!!!

Antes de mais gostaria de agradecer aos proprietários deste excelente apartamento pelas excelentes condições que o mesmo apresenta e assim como a total disponibilidade e enorme simpatia dos mesmos. Para começar o processo de arrendamento foi extremamente rápido e sem qualquer tipo de complicação. À chegada fomos recebidos pela D. Ana que nos mostrou o espaço, momento no qual ficámos deveras impressionados porquê o apartamento é ainda mais espaçoso do que parece nas fotografias. Tem umas áreas muito boas, dois terraços fantásticos e todas as comodidades na cozinha desde máquina de lavar loiça, até máquina de café expresso. Um pequeno grelhador, mesmo sendo eléctrico poderá ser algo a acrescentar ainda mais valor a este excelente apartamento. Da localização, simplesmente fantástica, perto de tudo, de referir que só em dias em que precisávamos de sair de Alvor é que foi utilizado o carro, de resto, pode-se ir a pé para a praia, para os grandes centros de comércio para se efectuarem compras, e o mesmo situa-se no centro de alvor perto de toda a animação. Para além de tudo isto já estar bastante acima das nossas expectativas, a atenção aos detalhes foi também fantástica. À nossa espera, no momento da nossa chegada, tínhamos um bom vinho, geleias, bolachas, chá, enfim, tudo aquilo que precisávamos para poder descansar um pouco depois da viagem, e no fim, uma oferta com cheirinho a Algarve que vai fazer com que nós nunca nos esqueçamos destas férias com certeza. Resumindo, aconselhamos vivamente a quem quiser passar umas férias de qualidade, numa vila fantástica como Alvor, e sem dúvida, que iremos voltar assim que possível. Com os melhores cumprimentos.

Prettig, praktisch, vlakbij strand , duinen en boulevard met op zondagochtend markt. Super schoon appartement met 2 heerlijke dakterrassen. Fijne pellet kachel, wel nodig in wintermaanden.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Der Check-in war sehr einfach und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war überall Blitz sauber und sehr gemütlich. Die Küche hat fast alles was man zum kochen benötigt (Gewürze waren nicht vorhanden) und es hat Spaß gemacht hier zu kochen! Die Matratze war sehr gut. Leider war es nachts öfters lauter als wir es uns vorgestellt haben (zentrale Lage) mit viel Verkehr, Hundelärm, Menschenansammlungen,... Sodass der Schlaf öfters gestört würde. An den ersten 2 Tagen waren auch Laute Bauarbeiten beim Nachbarn zugange, aber nach einer kurzen Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war die nächsten Tage dahingehend Ruhe. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderbar, ruhig und geräumig. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt wirklich sehr gut gefallen und wir gehen mit einem guten Gefühl nach Hause!

Vielen Dank für Ihre Wertschätzung, die die Sorgfalt zeigt, die wir bei der Vorbereitung unserer Unterkünfte verwenden. In Bezug auf Lärm befindet sich die Unterkunft in der Mitte, in der Lärm normal ist. Der Baulärm wurde durch ein Gespräch mit dem Nachbarn behoben, der die Arbeit schnell einstellte

Fantastic Apartment

Alvor my favourite town it feels like home it’s definitely my happy place. This is the first time we have stayed in this apartment and I have to say it is by far the best accommodation.we have stayed in Alvor. The location and layout is perfect & the apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. There’s plenty of space and the kitchen is a great size. Our favourite part of the apartment was upstairs with the two Balconies and the Lounge we spent many a happy hour there. Top marks to Claudio his happy demeanour and helpfulness was spot on he replies to any messages or queries in record time and arranged our transport from and to the Airport with a lovely gentleman called Francisco who was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I would definitely stay in the apartment again it’s a gem.

Very nice apartment in the center

The appartment is very well situaded in the middle of Alvor, but it is very calm. It is wonderful to have two terrasses so that you always have sun somewhere. The stowe is great to have if it gets a bit frisky in the evening. The host is very, very helpful! We will come back!

The property was excellent. Everything was there that we needed.

Our stay at this property was excellent. It was very clean and we couldn't of wished for a better location. The two roof terraces were a lovely addition. Claudio the owner was lovely and he was very helpful. Our rental car broke down on the morning we were leaving and he came out at 7am and took us to the airport.

Excellent in every way

This apt has everything location , well equipped, spotlessly clean & above all Claudio who made everything very easy & stress free , a great service which included returns from Faro & back. The apt is just off the little square with plenty of bars & restaurants close by, very handy. Alvor has a beautiful beach which goes on for miles there is also a great boardwalk We had a great time in Alvor & will be back in the future , I just hope we can stay here.

Fantastic

This was our 2nd holiday in Alvor 1st time at this apartment and it was so well equipped spacious and quirky will definitely be back Claudio was very helpful picked us up at airport and return as well .

We had a lovely 2 weeks in this very nice apt.There was everything you need and the apt is spotlessly clean.Claudio is very helpful and always on hand if you need him.The two sun terraces are lovely and we would like to stay in the warmer months to get a better use of them.The apt is in a good position for supermarket,bars and restaurants.Overall you couldn't get anything better ,
