This fabulous contemporary home is located in a lovely residential area a pleasant walk to sandy beaches, restaurants and other attractions in Porches not far from the Vila Vita Resort. The Porches region is famed for its stunning coastline, beautiful beaches, picturesque cliffs, rich cultural heritage, and a wide range of local restaurants and shops. Besides hiking along the coast to Benagil, other local attractions include the Nossa Senhora da Rocha chapel and the Algar Seco rock formation, which provides breathtaking views of the coast.

Pool has a shallow “beach” level (25cms deep) then gets deeper after a few steps (1m) after which it gradually gets much deeper (up to 1.90 meters)
Solar panels maintain pool temperature, which is usually warm enough during summer months, though additional heating available when requested in advance (€)
Internet is not fiber optic speed as the service is provided via satellite.
Home has an ecological water heating system that serves the East and West wings consecutively, which means that hot water is delivered to bathrooms one wing at a time.
Upstairs bedrooms are also divided between the East and West wings with separate staircases and no access between wings.
A mandatory nominal touristic tax per person per night is applicable on all reservations and paid either at check-in or check-out (please inquire for specific information)
A security deposit is required after booking confirmation (PT0166).
