Outside you will find a private swimming pool to cool off during the hot summer days, sun loungers and outdoor furniture to enjoy meals prepared on the barbecue.

All reservations include free unlimited mains water consumption, €50 of electricity consumption per reservation and, during the winter season and if the property has it, €50 of non-electric consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). This house has air conditioning only in the bedrooms. All properties have interior or exterior meters, accessible and verifiable by the customer. The price of additional consumption is €0.35/kWh.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of €2 per person and per night of stay. Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.



Important notice: due to the house’s rural location, there are usually wasps around the swimming pool area during the hottest months.



Bedding is provided, along with a set of shower towels and beach towels for each guest.
