Charming chalet located in the idyllic village of AlarĆ³, with mountain view in the heart of the Tramintana sierra, of 150 mĀ² on a plot of 3,550 square meters, completely fenced, in a very safe area, surrounded by orange trees, cypresses, rose bushes, fig, olive and pear trees. Located on the outskirts of the village, it has all the advantages of the village, but at the same time is on a very secluded and friendly area.
It has 3 double bedrooms (1 of them can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children), 2 complete bathrooms, 6 - 8 persons.
A large, fully fitted kitchen and a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and TV.
Roofted terrace of 80 mĀ² and a 120 mĀ² terrace. 140 mĀ² area with natural lawn.
South-facing.
Outdoor barbecue, 8x4 m pool, brand new, professional tennis court, lawn.

5 minutes away, there is the town square, where you will find bars, restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, banks, pharmacy, etc. You will have no need of a car.

The villa was the cleanest and best equipped we have stayed at in over 10 years of using holiday lets. There was everything needed, towels (for the bathrooms and pool) shower gel shampoo, wine coffee and home made marmalade from the orange trees in the garden, no need to bring so much stuff as we usually do . Andresin the host was friendly and attentive and wanted us to have the best possible holiday.

Amazing Stay!

We had a wonderful time in Mallorca and at this property! It is in a quiet area, but centrally located to reach everything we wanted to see on the island. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor living space including the pool and tennis court. The kitchen was well equipped with whatever we needed to make meals. The host suggested two restaurants, one in AlarĆ³ and another in Palma. Both were fantastic! We highly recommend Andreā€™s beautiful home for your next vacation!

Simply fabulous villa. We loved the pool, tennis court (with floodlighting) and outdoor shaded space. In doors was great too. Location just on wide of the village made it quiet yet a 10 mins walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Really nice village atmosphere. Andre so helpful too. Thank you and we will be back.

Excellent location and property

Mateu was a fantastic host! Lovely fresh orange juice from his trees, beautiful lemons for out G&Ts! The house was excellent with everything you would need. Although a little walk into the village to buy our provisions, Mateu kindly provided a trolley to enable us to transport the heavier goods. Fully recommend this property. Great swimming pool and Tennis court!

Perfect host, perfect place

We stayed with 8 people. That was maybe a bit crowded, but our fault. All in all it was a great stay. Andres even provided us with tennis balls and rackets. He was the perfect host and it was the perfect place. We will definitely come back

A wonderful active break

This house was the perfect location for our active family (3 young boys). The tennis court and pool are a perfect combination - and fresh oranges from the orchard were such a treat. The house has been very thoughtfully prepared as a holiday home, which is not always the case. Alaro is a very pretty village and an easy walk in for dinner and gelato. Many thanks to Andres for our stay.

Excellent villa in quiet location

Excellent villa. Large grounds and decent sized pool. Full size tennis court. Very quiet but only 10 min walk into town for bars and restaurants. Excellent base for cycling.

Lovely stay in Alaro

We had a fantastic week in the house. Plenty of room for two families and great facilities at the property as the lovely garden with fresh oranges and lemons, the tennis court and pool. We also really enjoyed the big terrace and the toys for the kids to enjoy. Excellent host with quick and clear communication made the stay a true pleasure.

Perfect villa in a beautiful setting

Our family of six had a wonderful vacation in this villa situated next to both the Tramuntana mountain range and the fine little village AlarĆ³ with both restaurants and grocery shopping within walking distance. The welcoming host AndrĆ©s does everything to make sure you can enjoy a nice stay in his villa which very much lives up to both the photos and facility descriptions in general. Wonderful villa for relaxing family holiday

The villa was lovely, very clean and well equipped with a fantastic swimming pool and tennis court. It was a great location for our holiday as allowed us to privately enjoy family time but be close enough to the town to walk out for meals, drinks, shopping etc. and centrally located so we could drive around and explore the rest of Mallorca. Andres was there to welcome us and available to help out whilst we were staying which was very reassuring a caring host. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Place to enjoy the beautiful island

AndrĆ©s and his son are absolute adorable, very helpful and lovely. Communication at itā€˜s best! I rented the House for the second time and will definitaly come back again. Also worth mentioning is the renovated upper floor with a new bathroom and modern rooms.

Wonderful accommodation

We had a wonderful week. The Villa is to a very high standard. Best equipped place we have stayed. Everything has been thought of. Very clean and good communication with Andres. The terrace, pool, tennis court and lots of toys for the children made for a very relaxing stay. We also loved the village of Alaro. We would definitely stay again if in Mallorca

Weekend stay October 2022

It was a pleasure to stay in the house for a long weekend with a lot of biking. The house was wonderful and had a perfect location for road biking in the mountains. Everything was perfect, clean house, perfectly equipped and the host were very kind and highly service minded. A house we all would like to get back to.

We were a Family of five. Two of us in our 50s and three boys between ages 18ā€“21. The tennis court and pool were fantastic. The home is newly renovated and very comfortable. It is definitely a place we would come back to. Also, our host, Andres, was very kind and was able to answer all our questions. We felt that if we had any issues, Andres would be very attentive and assist us.

We spent a week at this amazing villa. It really was one of the best holidays properties we have stayed in. Everything inside and outside was very clean and the whole place was equipped with everything you could possibly want. The oranges and lemons in the orchard were in season and we had freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. The tennis court was a real bonus and rackets were provided. AndrƩs came to see us and brought some delicious marmalade. We will definitely return to this lovely property and would highly recommend it.

Amazing villa - would definitely recommend

We just spent a wonderful week in the vill with another family. The villa was spotlessly clean with great facilities (kitchen, laundry, pools etc) and really brilliant for kids as it is walled and self contained with a little orchard for the kids to explore. Air con in the bedrooms meant for a great nightā€™s sleep and somehow the layout of the house meant that sound didnā€™t carry and we were able to sleep in even as the kids played in the lounge. The host was very friendly and responsive to any and every request. Location was also great as it was central Mallorca, 25min to Palama, easy access to basically everywhere

I'm a 61 years old person with much spare time. My hobbies are hiking, for 20 years I was the president of the Rambler's Group of AlarĆ³, gardening, I personally take care of the farm where you will spend your holiday, tennis, that is why there is a professional tennis court on the farm, and all kind of sports, in general.

All my life I have spent my holidays in my home town of AlarĆ³.
My family acquired the farm because of its proximity to the village and of its south orientation.
During all this time we have worked on it, planting the orange trees, which are 25 years old, as well as fig, olive, pear, lemon, palm trees, among others.
As my son became every time more passionate for tennis, we built the tennis court and the whole family was able to enjoy weekend on the farm.
