Ma'alaea Surf, Unit B2, is a stunning, conveniently located ground floor unit, just steps away from the pool and ocean. This luxurious unit features a fully furnished kitchen, large master suite with king size bed and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy the ocean views and Maui's colorful sunsets from your spacious private patio (lanai). This unit comes with central AC, Wi-Fi, convenient parking, two pools, tennis and pickleball courts, two BBQ areas and washer/dryers onsite on property. The maximum occupancy allowed in this unit is 2. All units at Ma'alaea Resort are non-smoking.

Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.

Worth the Trip

Our first visit to Maui from the east coast! Accommodations and Management were excellent. Will miss the strolls to the beach for sunbathing and sunsets. Hope to get back again!

Perfect place to stay for our honeymoon

I can't express how happy ma and husband were with the place. It stood out in everything. The place provide you with all the things you would not even believe. Fully loaded. Everything was just excellent, clean and high quality. The condo was huge and more beautiful than it looks in the photos. We can't think of any negatives at all. The place is just perfect in everything and I will stay here again and recommend to all the people out there who would want to visit Maui. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon even better and comfortable.

Dream Stay!

Even though we were set back, we felt protected from the afternoon wind and loved our evening sunsets from the lanai. The condo was very spacious and well appointed. We do cook in for most of our stay and the kitchen had everything we needed (most importanty a 12 cup coffee maker!). We were also grateful for the beach chairs and supplies! You are steps away from the pool and beach. The neighbors were super friendly and it was pleasantly quiet overall. We enjoyed the new pickle ball courts as well. We had one little snafu with our rental van and both Patrick and Malea were quick to offer help both in person and via email. The hospitality at Maalea is unbeatable! Would highly recommend!

It was a quaint experience that exceeded expectations.Because the property manager was so proactive, I only had to interact with them one time. They were professional, polite and speedy.Location location location! This place feels secluded yet you can walk to the world famous Shave Ice stand or to the bakery. I swear never to travel to the same place twice (so many great places to see) but we will definitely go back to Ma'alaea Surf.

Much needed getaway

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Ma’alaea Surf. For us, it is a perfect location on the Island. The condo was exactly as advertised, clean and very well equipped for a stay of any length. We would not hesitate to return. Mahalo!

The perfect Hawaii stay

This is the place! It was clean, beautifully furnished, perfect central location, and at a fair price. Not the cheapest property out there, but a great condo. The grounds were well manicured and the pool was cleaned everyday. I wouldn't change a thing about the property. The office is only open from 10-2, so that made check in a little hard; they were great about it though with good communication. This is the place! I'll be back.

It is very close to the community BBQ's and a short walk to the trash bins and parking lot. The unit is very well equipped but could use a crockpot and cookie sheet. Queen bed is very comfortable. Living room has a comfortable L shaped couch. The entire unit has been well maintained. The property managers are on site and wonderful people. You can't be closer to the beach without camping on it and we walked it everyday. Ma'alaea Surf doesn't feel like an overcrowded resort - you feel like you are home. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Both pools are cleaned daily and so refreshing. We wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.

It was very quiet and private, the view was great and the condo was steps from the beach. If we ever come back to Maui we will certainly be staying here again!
