Newly renovated, this 3BD/2BA duplex is a very short walk to the beach ,about 5 minutes, one block from public beach access. Short walk to a great local Tiki bar and shop.Great for families with children. The kitchen is well equipped and the home has an open floor plan that is light and airy. It is a very quiet and family oriented area, close to the inlet and a few miles from the fishing pier. Partial Ocean and Sound views from this great location.

Great place to stay by the beach!

The house was very nice and clean, everything working well. There was some miscommunication about payment for the week, but that was not the fault of the owner, it was VRBO's fault. We really enjoyed our time there!

Amazing

We loved staying here. This was our first trip to Topsail and we have fallen in love with the whole area. The house was a great location, quiet, and a short walk from public beach access. The house was accommodating and has everything you need! The owner is also very quick to reply! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Relaxation extreme!

It was a perfect time. There was no pressure during the week, and having so many necessities available at the house, we didn't have to worry about what we forgot to bring. Will be staying here again.

Awesome place to stay!

This property was just perfect for our family. It was clean and bright with a beachy feel. The house had everything we needed from plenty of towels, blankets, pots/pans, beach chairs, wagon, grill, and washer/dryer. And the location to the beach access and the Tiki Bar was very convenient, both just a block or two away. And the owners were extremely responsive when we had any questions. PS - We added two beach chairs to your stash - we ran out of car space - for others to enjoy.

Great house and location

We had an excellent vacation at Shellraiser. Would stay here again and recommend to others. The owners were very nice and communicative. The house comfortably held me, my husband and our four year old and ten month old plus another couple and their one and a half year old. We had all we needed in the way of amenities which made the stay very comfortable. The walk to the beach access with the three kids is very doable. I wore the baby and the two little ones could make the walk or used the wagon. There’s even a little bar a block from the house which was fun since there aren’t many businesses on north topsail. We also brought our boat and there was enough room to park it, the truck pulling it, another truck and an suv. We had some trouble trying to book so we did have to send a request to the homeowner but that was easy to do. Some extra hooks to hang towels to dry would be the only feedback. ☺️

Just what we needed

The house was perfect! very comfortable, clean, and pretty much had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Location and amenities were as advertised. Nice to actually stay in a place that doesn't have a TV in every room. We'll definitely be back if/when we return to Topsail.

Beautiful beach house

This property is beautifully decorated with comfortable seating for a family/group to enjoy time together. A short stroll and you are on a quiet beach enjoying the spectacular views and relaxing sounds of the ocean. The owners have paid special attention to anticipating your needs and are quick to respond to questions. Great choice for vacation!

Awesome Family Vacation Destination!

We had a great time at this North Topsail Beach house. The house was very clean and the interior was spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and you can even have groceries delivered from the nearest Food Lion which was very convenient! The property manager(owners) were quick to respond when we had questions. This house was perfect for our family of 4 and we had a great trip. We would absolutely recommend this house. The beach access is a short walk up the street and the beach at this point is great for families with small children as it is fairly shallow for a long way out so it’s easy to play in the water without getting slammed with waves!

The best family vacation, yet!

The house was in a perfect location to the beach. The neighborhood was quite and family friendly. Jessie was so easy to communicate with and even provided us when where to and not to go to! We have already booked our vacation for next year!

Nice, peaceful location!

Our family stayed here on this property for our first time on Topsail Island. We enjoyed our stay.... beds were comfortable and the house was decorated in a beautiful coastal theme.

Clean, quiet, and relaxing

The house is beautifully decorated in a coastal theme. The house is clean and in a quiet, restful community. We all enjoyed the outdoor shower to ensure we did not track any sand into the house. Both ends of the house had decks accessible to enjoy the evening or the afternoon sun. The owner ensured our stay was not inconvenient and kept us up to date with schedules of maintenance people who were very friendly.

Beach home you've always wanted...

Love, love, love this place! More than enough room to accommodate our three families with 3 children. Beautifully decorated and yet still functional. Fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare all our meals and do a full seafood boil for a combined birthday dinner. Do yourself a favor, book this place! Have your morning coffee while sitting in a rocking chair, take a very short walk down the street to enjoy an uncrowded beach, clean up quickly using the outdoor but private shower, then take a nice soak in the tub before dinner...you won't regret it!
