The BOATHOUSE cabin is a relaxing two-bedroom vacation rental located on Bumps Creek in Sneads Ferry. Enjoy your visit to this awesome beach town and all Sneads Ferry, Topsail Beach and Surf City has to offer. You will be amazed how quickly you can slip into the relaxed vibe and easy going pace of life here.

- access to boat docks - so bring your boat and tie it to one of our docks during your stay (only 5 minutes to a sandbar or the ICW and 10 minutes to the north end or ocean by boat)

This two bedroom, one bath cottage has everything you need to have the time of your life! Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the sunroom has a sleeper sofa which pulls out to a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, wine glasses, coffee cups, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and toaster. The living area has a table that seats 4 and the sunroom has a bar table that seats 3. The sunroom also has a large full capacity washer and dryer. All towels and linens provided (except beach towels). WiFi and two 50ā€ Fire Stick Smart TVs located in the living area and the sunroom are also included. We will provide a ā€œstarter packā€ of supplies for you (enough laundry detergent, paper towels, k-cups, and toilet paper for your first day with us).

To maintain the home and assure that it is clean and comfortable for all to enjoy NO PETS ARE ALLOWED and there is NO SMOKING permitted inside.

We were here for a Marine retirement ceremony. This place is huge! It has a beautiful sun porch that is closed in and a deck outside of that with chairs to sit and watch the sunset. It was very clean and comfortable. I recommend it if you need to be close to the Marine base especially.

We enjoyed a quiet Thanksgiving here. The host was on top of things and very helpful with a small issue we had with the door code. The grill outside was a nice touch. My boyfriend's son is a Marine at camp Lejeune. We were here to visit him for the holiday and plan to stay here when we come to visit next time.

The house and water view are relaxing and spacious. We were able to park our deep-v boat at the dock and trailer in the driveway. The sunroom is like having a 3rd bedroom/living room area. We had a wonderful family vacation and enjoyed the water, fishing and throwing the cast net from the dock, using the grill and enjoying the area.

The cabin was very clean and convenient. It was a pretty spot on the water and great sunsets. The owner was immediately responsive to any questions we had. Check in process was simple and seamless. Definitely would stay here again.

This was the perfect house for our trip. Thereā€™s plenty of room for four people. The sunroom and back deck were really nice, especially with the view of the marina off the deck. The hosts were friendly and were available for if we needed anything. The house was close to the beach and restaurants, only about 15 minutes, but was out of the way enough that it felt secluded and private. Definitely will be returning to this house in the future and I highly recommend it

Good spot to bring your boat.

Decent property, clean and seemed safe. Owner was very nice and let us get ice from his industrial ice maker under the house next door. We chose this spot because it had a dock with water access to the ICW and we rented a boat. Neighborhood was nothing remarkable and fairly far from anything to do. Plan to drive by car about 15 to 20 min to get over to anything interesting to do.

Everything about staying here was perfect! We were visiting our Marine! Close enough to base that he could stay with us and go to work in the morning. Dock to fish off of and feed the little fishies. Beautiful view! Friendly neighbors! Would definitely recommend!!

If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable place near the water that can accommodate four to five people, this is an excellent choice. The property is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, with fully functioning A/C, fans, and lighting. It's conveniently located just 30 to 40 minutes from beaches and a variety of local attractions, making it a great base for exploring the area.While the internet connection was occasionally unreliableā€”which presented some challenges as I was working remotelyā€”I was able to stay productive using my mobile hotspot. This was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise very enjoyable stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to others

Comfortable and relaxing cottage

My husband and I were coming to Topsail to fish for a few days and celebrating his 72nd birthday!! Off the beaten path, this cottage is a very comfortable, very clean, relaxing place to stay. Check in process was easy. Property manager was responsive. Furniture is very comfortable. We slept in the room with the poster bed. Mattress was comfortable for us. Good support but not hard. Couches in den and sunroom were also comfortable. Bathroom is small; has a nice size shower. Plenty of clean towels and wash cloths. Kitchen was perfect for us. Stocked with very nice Keurig, pots with lids, garbage disposal, etc. Loved the sunroom and porch on the back. Porch has covered sitting area with nice furniture. Perfect. Washer and dryer very nice. One suggestion- maybe a floor lamp by the couch in the sunroom for reading. Will keep this property as a favorite on my VRBO app. Thank you for sharing your property with us!!
