Located on a beautiful quiet street, in one of Ventnor City, New Jersey's best locations. And a short Uber/Lyft ride (~$10) to Atlantic City Casinos. This primary home has everything a retreat could offer a family or group.

The floor plan includes 5 bedrooms (3 on the main floor and 2 upstairs). Built in 1929, rebuilt and expanded in 2011, and renovated in 2017, this modern bungalow is located a block from the Boardwalk and endless beach. It also provides convenience by having Ventnor's best restaurants and cafe just around the corner.

Whether walking or riding a bike to almost everywhere, this home is where great memories begin.

If your needs are to relax, enjoy the night life, work remotely, or have your own space when in town for special occasions like weddings or Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, this home has everything to offer. Perfect for families and groups.

Sleep well: Five bedrooms all with Damask Stripe 500-Thread-Count Egyptian Cotton linens and European White Down Comforters w/duvet covers.
•Three bedrooms on main floor: All with new Queen-size Sealy Posturepedic Plus Series Plush Pillow-top Mattresses.
•Two Bedrooms on second level: Master bedroom with new King-size Sealy Posturepedic Plus Series Plush Pillow-top Mattress; 2nd bedroom with Queen-size Sealy Posturepedic Plus Series Plush Pillow-top Mattresses. Extra Aerobed Queen mattress and bedding also provided.

Get refreshed: Two full baths, one on each floor with hair dryer, ample bath and beach towels, bathrobes and Aveda toiletries. Or take an outside shower out back.

Eat well: Fully equipped kitchen including range, microwave, dishwasher and French door fridge/freezer with ice maker. With dishes and flatware, drinking and wine glasses, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, Ninja blender and cooking supplies. Second Whirlpool Fridge/Freezer in basement. Dining room comfortably seats 8-10 people. Propane BBQ. Or go half a block down to the corner for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Relax: On Martindale beach, just 1 1/2 blocks down the street or on the newly renovated front porch with comfy seating and an 11' umbrella with LED Lights.

The checking process was super easy and we were even able to get in earlier than scheduled! One block from the beach was such an easy walk with 2 little kids as well!

Fantastic New Years

This property was fantastic, beds were perfectly accommodating and very comfortable, the upstairs does get warm but there are vent covers and with windows open it’s comfortable. The location is very close and walking distance to a few incredible local restaurants and is only a short ride away from AC. One of the best features was the large table where our group spent hours playing games and having great conversation over drinks. I highly recommend. Would stay here again.

Like new, great location

Home had obviously been completely renovated inside and out. Great location only a block from beach and walking distance to restaurants, coffee, and shops you would normally find in a small beach town. Everything remarkably clean in the home. Even the garage is spotless. Property manager on the one or two times we reached out, responded literally within 5 minutes. Perfect weather certainly helped.

Perfect, Peaceful, December Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious, spotless, welcoming home. Plenty of room for our family group of six, with airy public spaces and cozy bedrooms with very comfortable beds! Kitchen is a little tight for multiple people cooking together, but has everything you could possibly need—even a full collection of spices!The location has spoiled us for life—a block from the beach right by the end of the boardwalk, with a bunch of our favorite cafes and restaurants at the end of the block in the opposite direction. Plenty of shops and services open over the holidays, but still perfectly serene, wide empty beaches for winter walking by the ocean. Restorative, cozy, lovely. Would love to return!

Clean friendly stay!

Great location to the beach, the home provided many amenities including things to take to the beach for the children, beach chairs and umbrellas. The home was very clean, but he neighbors are very friendly and it is prime location to restaurants and stores! Definitely will book again!

Beautiful Home, Location, Views!

This home was beyond beautiful I was left short of words. It is a block away from the beach and boardwalk which was great for my group walks since we were a group of 8. The house has plenty of space for everyone to be spread out. The bathrooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. The bedrooms were spacious as well, all had queen sized beds and amazing linens, we all slept so well. The property manager was simply delightful, she was in constant communication since the day before check in, in case we needed anything. They provide guests with everything they need, the house was fully stocked. The living room/dining room area was perfect for a group setting since its open concept, so conversations and group games were so fun and interactive. The porch was heaven for a sunny day, we just opened the sliding door which had a screen so we didn't need to worry about bugs. The wind coming through kept the house nice and refreshed.

April 2021 Spring Break

We had a really good time staying at this house at Ventnor City. The house is very clean, well maintained and equipped, comfortable and located just 2 mins walk from the beach and in a nice area of town and with many dining options. Short drive from Atlantic City. We will definitely consider coming back.

Labor Day Getaway

The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean and the location was perfect. The porch was a lovely place for morning coffee before walking to the beach about 1.5 blocks away. Great food options nearby and also easy to cook at home. We were a group of 5 couples and found the house to be very comfortable for our group. The only time we ran into space issues was if more than 1 person tried to cook in the kitchen but that was a very very minor problem in what was a great weekend in a great house.

Awesome Remodeled House Close to Beach

A beautiful, comfortable retreat to escape these crazy times! Excellent location one block from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Had everything we needed and more! We appreciated all of the amenities including beach chairs, umbrellas, grill, fully stocked kitchen, high quality bedding, driveway parking for two cars - the list goes on! Owners and property manager were attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend this house!

What a find!

From my first inquiry about this property to the moment we departed, everything was ideal. The owner and property manager could not have been more responsive or accommodating. The house is perfectly located, well-equipped, lovely, modern, cozy and welcoming. It’s 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and other retail options are within a block or short walking distance. We parked our car and didn’t get back in it until we left! The house is a real find - every one of our family members wants to rent there again, my self included!

Ventnor Beach House

My hockey team and I booked this place so we could all enjoy the weekend together and have somewhere to bond, eat, and recover between games. Everything was wonderful. The communication was great, the amenities perfect, and space comfortable. The showers were glorious and beds more than adequate. Highly recommend this home for small groups or family's.

Very clean and well thought out!

We had a great weekend celebrating my parents birthdays. The house fit 10 adults comfortably. It was very clean, and was well stocked with plenty of soft towels for everyone. Very easy access to the beach at the end of the street. When I mapped a breakfast place, I was pleasantly surprised to see Hannah Gs only 300 ft or so from the house! Same goes for a pizza place. Uber charged us around $15 a car to get to AC. Eva was very responsive to my questions and was very easy to work with. If we have another occasion, we’d definitely stay here again!!

Amazing beach house

We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect for us and our little one! Our 2 year old was able to walk to the beach so easily. We had a great family vacation and celebrated my dad's 72nd birthday as well! Can't wait to come back next year!

Just perfect!!

We had a great stay here for 5 days. The home was clean, spacious, updated and had everything we needed for daily trips to the beach which was a block away. The house was also fully stocked and I was happy not having to run a trip for paper towels or beach towels! I would love to stay here again.

Fabulous Vacation Home

We had an amazing experience at this vacation rental. It was EXACTLY how it appears in the photos. Eva was great to work with as were the local people she has as help and support. The location could not be better! Eva has truly thought of everything!! My family does vacation rentals all over the country and I can say from personal experience-this home is top notch!! We hope to return next summer!!

Great experience! The owner and host are extremely nice people and so easy to work with. The house was perfect for our stay, very spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized. The location was also a plus, 10 min ride to all the casinos and there are a couple restaurants right around the corner. Definitely enjoyed our stay!
