Private detached pool home located in quiet Imperial Shores at the border with North Naples, west of highway 41 and less than 2 miles to Bonita Beach!

Relax on the fully screened in lanai. Enjoy the privacy of the back yard, next to the salt water pool, listening to birds and watching the tropical foliage and gentle waters of the canal below. You’ll likely spot a heron in the water or maybe if you’re lucky, even a manatee!

Imperial Oasis features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with porcelain tile throughout. The Master bedroom has a King bed, smart flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and a fabulous view of the pool and greenery. The other bedrooms has a Queen bed and a smart flat screen wall mount TV. The third guest room has two twin beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite counters and large French doors opening to the lanai, where you will likely be having most of your meals as the dining patio portion is under a roof. It is even wonderful during the rare rain! The indoor dining room sits 6 around the glass table. You’ll surely enjoy the comfy leather sectional in the living room, while watching movies on the wall projection TV.

The Imperial Oasis, is located in Bonita Springs bordering upscale Naples. Some of the top US beaches: Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach are 3 minutes away! Numerous other white sand beaches, Delnor Wiggins & Lover’s Key State Parks, shopping malls, sightseeing, restaurants, Olde Naples, Fort Myers and Sanibel Island are also nearby.

Close to beach

House was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Sylvia was very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. Only thing we didn’t like was the weather was unseasonably and the pool never got very warm.

The house was very clean and had all the essentials needed to stay several weeks . The pool could have been a little warmer but I know that depends on sun. The thermostat was tricky but my husband figured it out . Many supplies were in the home but I had brought my own but that was nice . It was about a two miles to a beach which I had hoped would have been closer . We thought in the description the beach was closer . Neighborhood was very safe and nice friendly people lived there. The Projection TV was hard to navigate because we are use to cable company . Overall a good experience .

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay in this very nice home that is exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable and the lanai was like an extra room for the house and very pleasant spot to spend time and listen to the birds.

Imperial River Oasis

Location is the best, close to beaches, resterants, and shopping. When you are sitting by the beautiful pool you would swear you were in the tropics, with the birds talking to you. The home is well equipped with everything you woud need. This rental overall is very very nice.

A Relaxing Experience

My husband and I stayed at this home for 2 weeks. We had never done VRBO before so we weren't sure what to expect. The house was so nice and clean and the location is in a residential neighborhood so it was quiet, yet close to everything. I felt safe going on my walk every day. We especially enjoyed the salt water pool. Sylvia was great to work with and we found it easy to get in touch with her. We would definitely like to go back next year!

Outstanding Oasis!

The Imperial Oasis is truly that. It is a self contained extremely private paradise and we were so happy to have been able to enjoy it for three whole months! The home is very well appointed, the beds cushy, the kitchen well equipped with every cooking item one could need, and the projector tv and lovely lanai and pool were the icing on the cake. Our dog Luna really enjoyed the lanai too and we never had to worry about here because the whole area was fenced. Oh! Forgot to mention the bikes, so great to have to get to the beach and avoid the hassle of parking your car. We lived on the lanai, and it was quite interesting to see the river life below. Great nature watching! All of our adult kids has great visits and the space was enough for everyone to be together yet still have some privacy. The neighborhood was very friendly and quiet, we met many neighbors while walking our dog and some of them actually became friends. Lots of dog friends too! The stores nearby could even be walked to if you wanted, they were that close. Also a convenience store within walking distance. And restaurants! There were many great ones close enough to walk to, our favorites were Petars and Fish House. Ice cream shops and mini golf also close enough to walk to if you wish. I easily located a vet, a dog groomer, a hair salon, and a dry cleaners close by as well. It Bonita Springs and this home together are a slam dunk for a great vacation experience. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention our host Sylvia, who was always available if we needed her, which was not often. A gracious host, we were happy that she was very attentive when we had a question. We highly recommend the Imperial Oasis, cannot say enough about the total experience!

Rest, Recovery & Relaxation - Reset

Perfect for me and what I needed. I was able to accomplish the recovery (recent cancer surgery) the rest needed from the added stress of moving and selling a home, while my spouse is deployed overseas. Immersing relaxation was found in the serenity of the neighborhood on morning and evening walks with my dog, in the solitude of the back deck, in the pool, watching the iguanas, and with the exertion of my daily bike rides to barefoot beach then the several mile walks along the shore with an occasional dip. So much to see and feel, and contemplate. It was magical, the peace, the joy, God at work in me. A change of pace and of grace. Reset indeed!

Better than pictures

Imperial Oasis is one of the best vacation homes we have stayed in. Even better than pictures show. Spotless clean, quiet and safe neighborhood for walks, modern furniture, spacious and not cluttered. Completely stocked with more than need, especially kitchen, wonderful private covered lanai, very clean pool, great projection tv. Loved riding the provided bikes to nearby beaches—Barefoot, Bonita, and Lovers Key, and grilling and eating outdoors on the large patio table. Great communication with owner. Only thing that could have made it better would be 3rd bicycle helmet and canoe since on canal. Had great time and would stay there again.

Pleasant stay at Imperial Oasis

Beautiful, clean and comfortable house with lovely pool and authentic Florida trees on the property. Easy access to Bonita Beach Road and the beaches. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. The home was very well equipped with all the necessities. From beach gear to linens to kitchen items...all we needed to bring was our desire for a relaxing vacation!

Awesome Month at Imperial Oasis

From the time we booked our stay at this property until the time we departed, it was our best all around experience booking and staying at a property using VRBO. Sylvia was responsive before, during and after our stay. The listing accurately represented the property. When we arrived, the property was spotless. Having beach chairs, beach towels, pool towels, umbrella, and other little touches, made moving in and moving out so very easy. It was obvious how well the property was cared for, and it took little effort on our part to leave the property like we found it The location was excellent, a five minute drive to Barefoot Beach, no more than 15 minutes to most anywhere else we wanted to go. Five minutes to Publix and Royal Scoop Ice Scream, 15 to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and a few more minutes to Costco. Neighborhood was quiet and safe, we took long walks most every day before sundown. Each morning we drove to the beach for an hour walk. We especially liked the awesome outside area (lanai and pool). We spent quite a bit of time for Zoom calls when working as well as chill time reading or relaxing. We would absolutely recommend this property when visiting Bonita Springs.

Owners were wonderful to work with! Thank you! Nice home with fabulous screened in lanai covering the pool and outdoor seating!! Beautiful pool with great kayaking near you. Everything you need was supplied at the home and it was great. We attended a great concert at Southwest Florida Event Center which is close to the rental. Safe neighborhood for walking, which we did everyday. Very much enjoyed the home and the vacation. Thank you Sylvia for the great experience!

Amazing stay

Imperial Oasis

The four of us enjoyed two fantastic weeks at the oasis. The spacious property inside and out was very clean. It was great to have inside and outside dining areas depending on the weather along with the well stocked kitchen. There is a huge projection tv with cable in the living room with a great picture along with tv in two bedrooms. The solar heated salt water pool was perfect for relaxing with a cold drink. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and close to everything. I would highly recommend for a great get away.

We had a great time there. The place was so nice, very clean and very well equipped. The pool and lanai were great. We spent a lot of time out there, sitting in the sun, eating and playing cards. Our stay at the Imperial Oasis was wonderful! From the moment we entered the home we were impressed

The house was immaculately clean and each room provided for comfortable sleeping The master bedroom had its own bathroom. Two of the three bedrooms had a television. The kitchen had all that one needs to make you feel at home. My husband especially loved watching the amazing projection television ! We enjoyed sitting out on the linea with it’s comfortable breezes and listening to the chirping birds. The pool was lovely and the evening lights on the linea and the pool made for a perfect ending to everyday .The house is a short ride to barefoot beach and Bonita beach. We drove our car to beach but on some days when parking was tight we called for Uber and the short 5-7 minute ride to Bonita beach was only $7.50 The house provided us with two Tommy Bahama beach chairs to make our time there comfy. We were close to fun dining at the Iguana restaurant and Docs beachfront eating. There is a shopping center not far with Publix supermarket. We also enjoyed shopping at Miramar outlets and Coconut Point. We want to thank Sylvia for her attentiveness. Whenever we had a question she responded. Sharon the neighbor across the road was also available for on site questions we might have. We absolutely loved our vacation and this home away from home made it perfect!

‘Home away from home’

We really enjoyed our stay at Imperial Oasis a lot, even though the weather didn’t cooperate much at the beginning. Our son loved the pool very much, and my husband especially liked the media entertainment. The house was well equipped, Sylvia and Sharon were very helpful, and provided us quickly with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We walked around a lot and also enjoyed the delicious coffees and muffins from the nearby coffee shop. The beach was awesome and very near. There are lots of shops and very good restaurants around. Naples and Co. are very easy to reach by car. We would certainly come back.

Great vacation property; just as described!

As this was our 1st time using VRBO as well as our 1st time snow-birding, my wife and I didn't know what to expect. However, we need not have worried. On arrival, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire house. Everything was spotless and exactly as described in the listing and attached pictures. Shortly after our arrival, we met Sharon, the caretaker, who lives directly accross the street. She was extremely helpful, made sure everything was satisfactory and was easily available during our rental whenever we had a question. While she normally worked elsewhere during the day, the few times we had questions we alerted housemates and Sharon got back to us before the end of the day. Since we had never used a projection TV (living room), it took us a little while to figure out how to operate it, but Sylvia and her husband walked me through it over the phone. When at the house, we spent most of our time out on the screened-in lanai. The pool was warm, about 80 degrees, and very welcoming, and the canal just behind the house brought in herons and and other birds looking for fish. The gas grill was great for grilling steaks., etc., and enabled us to enjoy even more time outside. The neighborhood is very quiet and provides easy access to Barefoot and Bonita Beaches (chairs & umbrella provided by Sylvia) and local restaurants. Coconut Jack's across from the entrance to Barefoot Beach was our favorite-don't be put off by the long line of cars about 6:00-6:30 PM. The parking is all valet (tips on pickup) and the line moves quickly. Even at its most crowded, we didn't have time to finish the drinks we got at the bar before we were seated. We also enjoyed Iguana Mia, a Mexican restaurant on Rte 41 and Bonita Beach Road; and Zorba's, further down (1/4 mile) Bonita Beach Road and serving Mediterranean cuisine. Zorba's also features live music on certain week nights from 6-9 pm. If you like pizza, try Leoni's, just up the street at the intersection of Imperial River Road and Bonita Beach Road. The area also has extensive bike paths that allowed us to use the hybrid bicycles that came with the rental (bring your own helmets). Neighboring towns such as Estero and Naples are easily and quickly reached by car. In sum, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable and clean house close to the beach, good restaurants, and other Southwest Florida attractions. 5 Stars!
