New in rental. The spacious luxury villa Whispering Palms is located in Spanish Wells, one of the safest and best gated communities in Bonita Springs. On arrival you will be greeted by the gatekeeper, who guards the gate to the facility, gives you the information for your stay and explains how to find your way to the luxury villa Whispering Palms on the extensive grounds.

The light-flooded Villa Whispering Palms with a direct view of the golf course has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a pool / toilet. It offers sleeping facilities for 6 people and has been furnished to a high quality in an upscale Caribbean style! The spacious and electrically heated pool is designed as a salt water pool. The low salt content - similar to that of our eye fluid - is very pleasant for the eyes and the skin.

The equipment is bright and casually elegant with Caribbean elements in the Bahamas style. The modern white kitchen offers a breakfast bar, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a dining room by the large living area, a separate office and billiard room with a large open living concept. The house is tiled throughout with bright tiles (no carpet).

The laundry room has a Samsung washer and dryer, both front loaders and a sink. Hurricane shutters provide protection all around the house.

The oversized master suite offers 2 walk-in closets, a whirlpool tub and a separate walk-in shower. 2 vanity units each with a sink, access to the pool area and the veranda.

The pool area offers a separate pool bathroom with sink and toilet, a separate storage room, a sun terrace and a covered terrace covered with custom-made paving stones and a wonderful view of the lake and the golf course.

The 3 bedrooms were all equipped with comfortable box spring beds. The two double beds are king size (approx. 2 x 2 m), the single beds are approx. 1x 2m. there is also a study and a billiard room, as well as a 2 car garage.

From the large sun terrace with pool and covered terrace you look out over the lake and golf course in Spanish Wells.

The technical equipment includes high-speed WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs and a Bose sound system. Relax on the spacious pool terrace by the heated pool or have fun with billiards.

Villa Whispering Palms is easily accessible from Fort Myers Airport (20 minutes) or Miami Airport (1 1/2 hours). It is only a few minutes' drive (approx. 4 km) from the glittering, endlessly long beach (Barefootbeach).
