Villa S'ALBUFERETA: A haven of peace and nature on the coast of Mallorca.



Looking for a place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and connect with nature? Villa S'ALBUFERETA is the perfect place for you.



This 100 m² villa is located in a quiet and secluded area of the nature reserve of S'Albufereta, just 4 km from the beach of Sa Marina. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people.



Outside, in the beautiful garden, you will find the private swimming pool of 7m x 3m, surrounded by lawn and sun loungers.

From its 20 m² covered terrace with outdoor furniture, you can enjoy unique views of the nature reserve and contemplate the beauty of nature in all its splendour and enjoy a good barbecue with family or friends.



The villa is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable and pleasant, air conditioning included. It has a fully equipped independent gas kitchen, a bright living-dining room with 2 sofas, Sat-TV with satellite channels and WiFi and fireplace, 2 bedrooms with direct access to the outside, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds and an open air car park in the same building.

In addition to the beach, there are many other activities that can be done in the area, such as hiking, cycling, bird watching, surfing, kite surfing, windsurfing or just relaxing by the villa's pool.



- This rental does not accept groups of young people under 22 years of age.



- Electricity not included.

Electricity in this house will be charged separately according to actual consumption and meter reading on departure. Electricity consumption will be deducted from the deposit (0,25 Euro / kWh).



- The amount of the deposit is: 300 Euro (refundable).



- Tourist tax not included.

From May to October, it costs 2.2 Euro per person, from 16 years and over, per night.

From November to April, it costs 0.55 Euro per person, from 16 years old and over, per night.

So beautiful - overlooking the nature reserve and so private

So beautiful - overlooking the nature reserve and so private. We swam in peace and watched so many birds, including a huge flock of flamingoes. Easy to get into Alcudia and Porta Pollenca to shop and eat at the many restaurants. Loved it!

Lovely stay

Lovely stay. Lovely area very quiet but a short drive to alcudia and Pollença. Only downside was no iron so couldn’t iron the clothes we washed so would recommend them adding that as very cheap to buy. Ants in the bathroom also but not a major issue - can see previous reviews mention it so they should fix this issue as it’s not difficult. Pool was nice and air con was great. Would recommend

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Alcúdia! Eine tolle, ruhige Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Berge und das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet mit Flamingos. 🦩 Die Stadt ist trotzdem schnell erreichbar und auch preislich war die Unterkunft absolut top. Die Kommunikation mit unserer Gastgeberin Joana war von Anfang an sehr angenehm. Wir konnten sie jederzeit erreichen. Joana war unglaublich zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten oder etwas wissen wollten. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es überhaupt keine Probleme und auch keinerlei Schäden. Alles verlief völlig unkompliziert und entspannt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Joana und Joan Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder

To były wspaniałe wakacje! Polecam zabrać lornetkę-flamingi, pukeko i inne ptaki tak blisko :)

Przede wszystkim lokalizacja- cisza, spokój, prywatność. Bliskość rezerwatu (za ogrodzeniem) i możliwość obserwowania ptaków- bezcenne! Koniecznie zabierzcie lornetkę! Można pić kawę na tarasie i obserwować ptaki- flamingi, pukeko i inne niezwykłe istoty. Jedyny kłopot ze stałymi mieszkańcami- mrówki. Spryciarze są wszechobecne- polecam trzymanie wszystkiego w lodówce, to jedyna ochrona ;)

Diese Finca war ein absoluter Traum

Diese Finca war ein absoluter Traum. Die Lage am Naturreservat ist einzigartig – so viel Ruhe, Natur und Privatsphäre findet man selten. Man kann den ganzen Tag Flamingos beobachten. Der Pool und der wunderschöne Garten haben meinen Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht, um richtig abzuschalten. Joana war eine fantastische Gastgeberin: herzlich, kommunikativ und immer hilfsbereit. Ich durfte sogar zwei Stunden vor Check-in zur Finca kommen. Ab und zu kommt Joanas Ehemann vorbei, um den Pool zu säubern und die Pflanzen zu gießen – alles sehr diskret und angenehm. Ich hatte eine unvergessliche Zeit und hoffe wirklich, dass ich bald wiederkommen kann. Vielen Dank für alles! :)

Nette Unterkunft im Naturschutzgebiet

Nette Unterkunft im Naturschutzgebiet. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, dennoch ist die Lage relativ zentral. Die Fotos sind sehr gut gemacht, wodurch die Erwartungen entsprechend hoch waren. Leider gibt es in den Schlafzimmern keine Klimaanlage und auch keine Moskitonetze, wodurch es nachts sehr warm wird. Die bereitgestellten Ventilatoren sind zudem zu laut, um sie während der Nacht laufen zu lassen. Alles in allem war das Haus für ein Wochenende in Ordnung.
