The apartment shares a swimming pool (pool 3,5 x 8,0 x 1,1) and a whirlpool with 3 other apartments on the lot. Separate changing room for men and women. Terraces surround the apartment give the opportunity to enjoy the sun. There is a large, common area where you can enjoy the sun, play ball or have fun playing with the children. No letting to youth groups.
