The Penthouse was a wonderful place to stay. The condo was spacious and clean in a gated community.

The condo was spacious, clean and extremely organized. Fred has a binder with all the information you would need and more for a lovely time in a Orange County ,CA. Fred is a gracious host. We hope to visit again

OC get together

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. The neighborhood was excellent, with short drives to everything we needed. Fred was very kind and always responsive. He provided a well-organized summary of all the essentials, which was very helpful. We also felt very safe throughout our stay. Thank you so much, Fred! Sherry

No complaints really other then getting falsely charged for damage to a tub.

We stayed at this place for more than six months and really the owner of the unit did a great job having a place well stocked in advance for various things. A lot of personal property was in the premise so that made it kind of unusual. A lot of kitchen supplies such as spices, etc. were also there Which again we had to separate from ours.Communication wag a little bit whereas I would write a message to the owner and it would take a few days to get back to me. I actually couldn’t move in until the day after we were supposed to move in because I couldn’t park my car in there because there was no guard at the gate, so we got charged, and we didn’t even stay, which would’ve been equal to the amount close to damages he claims.Apparently, there was a stain left in the bathtub that I never used, which somehow he deemed possible? And Verbo will just automatically take the money out even though I paid for insurance for damage to the property so don’t ever waste your money doing that crap I do appreciate the owner giving a reasonable bid for what he claimed to be damaged but I probably will just take this up with a civil small claim court as a matter of principle.The worst part about this charge was that it was based on hearsay in a picture by his cleaning people people, and there was a lapse of about a week before I was notified of this. The problem I have with this is the cleaning people could’ve done themselves I have no idea what the stain was nor do I care.

Very comfortable condo ideally located

We very much enjoyed our stay at "The Penthouse." Fred is an excellent host and was easy to communicate with. He supplied a comprehensive "manual" for the property and also introductory guides which were very useful. Some of the info in the manual was out of date, but Fred said he will be updating it. The condo was very comfortable and spacious.

Penthouse - Resort Living

The property was exceptionally clean and well kept! The underground parking was an added bonus! Fred was extremely responsive and had everything we needed prior to our arrival and when we checked in. The location is very convenient to the airport, shopping and activities! We would stay here again!!!!

THE BEST!!!

I have stayed at many VRBOs over the years but without a doubt Fred's unit is the best. I primarily say this because Fred has provided virtually everything one could ask for in order to create a comfortable living situation. The pool area is very nice, the full gym is never crowded and the parking situation is extremely convenient. Moreover, the unit has a nice balcony with barbecue and furniture and gets direct sunshine. Not only is the overall unit in excellent condition but it's the little touches that sets it apart. Extra batteries, a cart to transport groceries, barbecue tools, whisk broom on balcony to keep it clean, a scale, extra light bulbs, excellent internet reception, shampoos and conditioners, tote bags for the pool, laundry baskets, ample cleaning supplies, 2 sets of golf clubs if needed, a how to guide if you have questions, etc. I could go on and on but suffice to say that Fred treats the unit as if it's his home. During my 6 week stay I never had to call Fred for anything! Before I checked out, Fred solicited input as to what could be improved! I've already made my reservation for next year and am very much looking forward to my return visit. Keep up the good work Fred!!

Enjoy this Penthouse beauty!

The wife and I loved our visit! Fred, the owner, has thought of everything for your stay. Just bring your clothes, because everything else is here waiting for you! Centrally located next to everything, you’ll never be bored. The complex has a beautiful and quiet pool, spa, fully equipped gym, and club house. We can’t speak highly enough of this gem and it’s owner. Amazing time!

Absolutly Perfect

This was the most pleasant stay I have had in my travels. Fred was a very helpful and gracious host. The condo exceeded all my expectations. It was very comfortable, great fitness center and pool, very quiet, very secure with security at the gate covered parking and close to everything I needed. I highly recommend you stay if you are considering a visit to Orange County. My only regret is that I was unable to extend my stay because of poor planning on my part. Thank you, steve

Fun in the Sun

The Irvine condo was nicely appointed, great location near restaurants and access to the main freeways, very clean and very quite. The owner, Fred, was very responsive to all of my requests. On my next extended stay in S. Cal., I would definitely return to this unit. Very Highly Recommended. Rod M
