This newer condo is located in the luxurious privately owned condominium community. It has all the amenities of a modern hotel - and more! This elegant condo resides in a beautiful complex adjacent to the San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary. Condo sleeps 4. The bathroom is pristine with a shower/tub combo. It has granite counter tops throughout kitchen and bathroom. The condo is newly decorated and very clean. It comes fully furnished with gorgeous wood floor throughout the unit, including a 46’LED 4K HDTV and queen size bed in the master bedroom, a 40'LCD HDTV and queen-size sofabed in the living area, high speed wireless Internet available, dinning table that seats 4, and new front loaded washer/dryer. The apartment was lovely for a two month stay. Chris was responsive. The hot tub and pool were a plus. Good location. Walking distance to a grocery store.

Great location and host

This was my second time staying at Chris's place. The condo had everything needed. The condo community has a fitness center with weights and exercise equipment. The pool and hot tub were great. This year, the Community Association added a Wine and Cheese event, movie night, smoothie day, free yoga class and even dog training during my 30 day stay. The condo is right by the wildlife sanctuary and lots of restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend Chris's place. He was very responsive to my questions.

We'll be back

The condo is everything that is described above. High on our priority list is cleanliness and it scored a "5" on that. The bed was very comfortable and the room a good size. (Loved the walk-in closet) It is walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. It was the ideal place for us as our son and his family live in Toscana. Although the condo was very clean, the carpet could use a shampoo. ;-) Chris called us when we arrived to make sure everything was in order and had provided a pamphlet with instructions, restaurants, pharmacies, taxis, maps of the area. Excellent! Thanks, Chris.

Pleasant Stay

We found this property to be just as advertised. The location is ideal. We wanted to enjoy the good weather. Having the wildlife sanctuary right next door was great for that. We appreciated the kitchen amenities. The unit was well stocked with things like paper products for our extended stay. We also noted that cooking tools such as frying pans and oven trays were in excellent condition.

Fantastic Amenities and Location

Chris was a fantastic host and the property as a whole was more than I expected. The Condo was very clean and cozy. The location in Irvine was 5 min from the airport and close to anything else you need. I’ll definitely stay her again on future trips to the area

October pandemic month

I enjoyed my stay at Chris' property . I was looking for a home away from home so to speak to change up my surroundings - a place I could work from, and see friends nearby as well as be active. It is extremely well located on border of Irvine and Newport. He is extremely helpful as any questions came up during check in or my stay. The apartment is true to it's pictures.

Perfect again

This is now our 4th visit to this apartment and our week has been wonderful again . The location is perfect to get easily to so many places Santa Monica , Laguna Beach , LA, Disney and then there is Newport beach minutes away . Since we were last here there have been some small improvements new soft fluffy towels and a new washing machine and dryer . The apartment has everything you would need . Our only thing would be to avoid American School holidays as everywhere is so busy compared to when we normally come in September. Thank you Chris

Great stay at Watermarke

Overall, a fantastic stay at Chris' property. The Watermarke complex is a beautiful property with an amazing pool area, fitness center, and absolutely no need to be concerned about security - not that there is any reason to be in Irvine/Newport - because the place is locked down tighter than Fort Knox! Chris' unit is extremely clean and the entire complex is very quiet. No issues whatsoever with neighbors. The location is ideal for easy access to/from John Wayne airport, the 405 freeway, as well as UCI and the Newport Coast. Chris is incredibly responsive to any questions you have. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. There are a couple of issues to bear in mind depending on your needs, however. If you are more than one person and intend to do things separate from each other - for example, one person wants to go to the pool or fitness center while another wants to leave the complex and go shopping/to the beach - make sure to ask Chris for an extra key card. As I mentioned, the place is locked up tight and you need the key card not just to enter the parking garage but also to access the pools and fitness area as well as playground and tennis courts. If you only have the one key card and don't do everything together - or one person is staying in the condo - then it would be a balancing act to figure out who has the key and when. In addition, most of the condo is a dead zone when it comes to cell phone service. The wifi works great but as far as making or receiving phone calls on your cell phone, it only works (sometimes) on the patio or very near to the patio doors (but not always). Otherwise, you have to go out to the playground or somewhere away from the building to make a phone call, but even this does not work all the time. We ended up having a medical emergency during our trip and this was the most frustrating part of our stay. A couple of times my phone wouldn't work anywhere on the property and I had to actually get in my car and drive to a parking lot off the property to get my phone to work. This is not Chris' fault but it is an issue in case you are intending to make or receive phone calls from this property. Those issues aside, however, it is an excellent property, Chris is an excellent host, and the cost is fair for the area.
