In May 2019, we completed the development of a small annex to the villa.
It is completely independent and consists of a room with 2 pull-out beds, (2 separate beds or a double bed) a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchenette and a terrace.
All air conditioned and heated.

This villa offers a panoramic sea view and directly overlooks a sandy beach descending gently in a turquoise sea.

Literally surrounded by turquoise waters, the villa, with its southwest orientation, not only offers sumptuous sunsets, but keeps until November a sunshine major and a very pleasant temperature.

The garden that goes down to the beach, is embellished with multiple species: oleander, juniper, bougainvillea etc.

Rocks at the bottom of the garden keep holidaymakers away from their homes.

The house was built in 1957 according to the plans of Mario Strub. (Architect-builder of the Aga Khan on Costa Smeralda).

The villa is located 38 km east of Cagliari (40 minutes from the airport by a fast lane) and 15 km west of Villasimius which is at the southeastern tip of Sardinia.

A 400m walk by the beach, you can practically do everything without a car:

- go shopping in a supermarket; caterer, butcher, delicatessen, fishmonger, pizza, bazaar, hardware store, bar, etc.
- rent a boat, canoe, pedal boat, windsurf, paddle.
- buy cigarettes, newspapers.
- withdraw money from the cash machine.
- have a coffee or ice cream
- eat a pizza or salad or sit on the terrace of a restaurant.
- learn or dive on wrecks.
- Tennis: 1.5 km (football field, basketball and volleyball)
- Medical Office and Pharmacy: 2km
