This wonderful home is located on the seafront of Hastings Old Town. With beautiful uninterrupted views of the sea and a wealth of character throughout, this is sure to be a unique and memorable stay. The house is located only minutes from shops, restaurants and bars. Only a short walk from Hastings train station. Perfect for a seaside getaway.
The house is arranged over five floors. The basement is a large dinning room. The ground floor consists of the kitchen and downstairs toilet. The first floor is the living room. The second floor is the first bedroom and a bathroom. Lastly the top floor is a bedroom with an ensuite.
Guests will be able to access the whole property. The will gain access by a lockbox which they will be given the code for 48 hours before there arrival.

Located in one of old towns most desirable and sought after residential enclaves the property is close to the open spaces of East Hill. The beach and promenade are moments away as is Hastings town. Artist open houses run throughout Hastings in the spring months along with summer fairs and street parties. Looking for an evening out? Old Town and St Leonards have great local pubs serving good food (such as The Crown, Brewing Brothers, Dragon, The Heist, St Clements, Half Man Half Burger).
Excellent local shops including Penbuckles and Judges Bakery serving the best coffee and scrumptious food.
Hastings Station is close with a direct link to Charing Cross, Kings Cross International and Brighton accessible within 1h30 mins, perfect for commuters.
Hastings has the largest fleet in Europe that is launched from a beach, which is known as The Stade. The castle built by William The Conqueror but now in ruins is at at the top of West Hill and offers wonderful views of the area and channel. The steepest funicular railway in Britain takes passengers from The Old Town to the Castle.
There are many other attractions in Hastings and St Leonards On Sea, both architectural and cultural. The fantastic Hastings pier hosts numerous live gigs and shows and is a wonderful place to visit. The town hosts several events throughout the year, which include the Hastings Half Marathon, the Jack in The Green Festival, Hastings Beer Festival, Coastal Currents and The Old Town Carnival.
There is plenty of bus routes available and the train Station is not far a walk if you want to travel outside of Hastings.
Also, nearby the property is Bell, Bicycle shop, so if you want to have a day out on bicycles with your friends and family to explore Hastings and surrounding areas, you can rent a bike for a day!
There is paid parking directly outside the property, across the road, however it can be difficult to find a space. We recommend either Pelham Place Car Park or
Rock a Nore Car Park, which are both approximately a 5-10 minute walk.
