Villa Adenia C is a welcoming three-story apartment that is part of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Adenia C you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Adenia C is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features two panoramic private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 300 meters (330 yards) from Conca dei Marini, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 350 meters (380 yards), the stop for SITA bus Amalfi - Agerola line at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Capo di Conca beach) at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 miles) including 200 stairway steps.
Villa Adenia C is located on the top floor of the building. You will reach it from the street level going down a 100-meters (330-feet) public route that includes approximately 175 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Adenia C. If you do have one, you will be able to park it downtown, for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved).

Terrace 1
The first terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by awnings. It is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coastline.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. You will reach it from the patio going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps. It is equipped with a table, chairs and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the coastline.
Patio
The patio is 16 square meters (172 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees and by awnings. It is equipped with a masonry bench and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coastline.
Garden
The garden is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It is partly shaded by a lemon pergola and by perfumed citrus trees. From the garden you will enjoy a partial view of the sea.
Middle Level (Entrance Level)Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include two sofas. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a long terrace through a French door. The room also has a arched window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a arched window.
Mezzanine Level
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it from the kitchen climbing 12 steps. Here you will find a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The ceiling is vaulted and has an height of 70 centimeters (2.3 feet) at its lowest point.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen.
Top LevelBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
The first bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a wood bench. The room has two arched windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid pink majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bottom LevelBedroom 2
The second bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a large panoramic arched window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the second bedroom climbing six steps.
