There are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning on the second floor, one with a queen size bed and one with a queen and bunkbeds. It has 1.5 baths, includes all linens and has a washer/dryer in unit, sunny front porch and large rear deck with a gas grill overlooking a pond with a soothing fountain. Ocean Park Meadows is a well maintained community of 94 units in a 10 acre park-like setting with mature trees, ponds and only steps from seven miles of sandy beach. Amenities feature tennis courts, clubhouse with kitchen, function room, fitness center, saunas, and an outdoor swimming pool (saline). Take a stroll into Ocean Park Village with community events, art shows in the park, the ice cream/breakfast spot and quaint shops or walk just one mile to the Old Orchard Beach Pier and Palace Play-land area where amusement rides, arcades, restaurants, shops and night life await!
