Aloha Marcelo, Thank you for your kind words, we are happy that we were able to accommodate your group of 15 people on a less than two-day notice as your previous reservation was cancelled last minute by the other host. While you were staying with us, you had nothing but wonderful things to say and thanked us multiple times for taking care of you during such a special time of your life (wedding). Before you had booked, we notified you that we check all guests' IDs during check in for safety and security purposes. Regarding the pool light, our pool cleaner notified me that he had a family emergency and was stuck in the hospital for several days. This shouldn't have kept you from enjoying the pool as we have multiple outdoor lights surrounding the pool. The light has been fixed since. During your first night, we had received several phone calls from our neighbors that you were screaming loudly and playing music at a very high noise level. I understand this as you were 15 Adults and celebrating a reunion, however we mentioned to you prior to booking that this is a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and that there is no partying allowed as we respect our surrounding neighbors. It was a very loud noise disturbance and we thank you for following the appropriate noise levels thereafter. Also, regarding your privacy, our Villa guests have complete privacy and exclusive use of the grounds. The privacy and comfortability of our guests are a top priority for us and it shows in our reviews. Because you had asked me to remind you that the gardener and pool man were stopping by to service the yard, I had sent you a reminder text. Since you stayed for seven days, I had to stop by the property once to water the plants. You were also notified of this prior to booking. I do not message or call my guests on the daily, I prefer to give them space to enjoy their vacation. However, before I do come on the property to water the plants, I send one notifications as to not intrude on my guests' privacy. We follow our rental agreement and respect the terms.
