Alia our host was awesome, she was quick to respond to any questions we had and any little issues (power outage in the area from wind storm). The amenities could not be beat, we had everything we needed from beach toys, towels, lovely soaps, to every kitchen item you might need and the place is immaculate! So beautiful, the amazing pictures don’t do it justice, you have to see it to fully appreciate it. We loved every minute of our stay.

We booked this location for a work offsite as we have a small team and like to make our own meals. It was absolutely perfect! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking stuff we'd need, tons of board games to choose from, and the beach gear was amazing. Between co-working, it was great to be able to either hop in the pool or take a super short walk directly to the beach. The location felt very home-y, would love to stay here again!

The pool and hot tub are one of a kind and make you tempted to not walk to one of the world's best beaches only a few hundred feet away. Kailua Beach is fabulous and the house's location could not be better. Town center is only a mile away with everything you need or want there. The house is equipped with everything you could ask for including high end cooking ware, appliances, beach gear, etc. The best endorsement I could give is to say that we will definitely be back soon.

Paplione place was terrific

The property was gorgeous and filled the needs of our group of 10.Close to the beach, as well as a pool. If you are mobility challenged, this may not be for you, as there are a lot of steps.We loved it! Thank you!

The house was perfect for our family reunion. The kitchen and house in general had everything we needed. Great and helpful communication with management. Fantastic location close to the beach and grocery stores.

The bathrooms were luxurious and spa-like. The house had everything needed to accommodate 13 travelers. The best part of the home is the pool and hot tub. Everyone enjoyed jumping off the rocks and into the deep end. The property manager was welcoming and quick to respond to any requests/questions.

The perfect spot

Our group had such a fun time here. Lots of great places to hang out and the pool area was like having a resort all to ourselves. Kitchen was very well stocked and knives were sharp which is a nice surprise for a rental.

This perfectly supplied, enchanting property allowed our extended family to be together for a destination wedding with room for all of us to prepare and enjoy meals, relax poolside or walk to the gorgeous beach, sleep comfortably in private spaces, and truly enjoy being together!

great vacation rental in Kailua near the beach

My family & I had a wonderful time staying at Diana & Russell's vacation rental. Diana & Russell were great hosts and the rental had every amenity we needed. Everything was as advertised and I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a comfortable place steps from the beach in Kailua. Hope to be back next year.

Excellent and steps from Kailua beach

What a lovely place to stay! The apartment has everything you need , beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, even a grill. We arrived just in time to see the July 4th fireworks from the balcony! Beach access is right on the lane the house is in, we were able to see the full moon rise over the Mokulua islands .

We have stayed at many properties in Hawaii and this is by far the best. The home is beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Location is amazing - steps away from our favorite beach in Hawaii. We had two families at the house with room to spare. I will be dreaming of the bread pudding for years!

Amazing Family Vacation

I organized a family reunion at this property and to celebrate my parent's 55th anniversary. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is beautiful, inside and out. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool and the beach access was so easy. It offered us the privacy that we wanted along with all of the amenities needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a nice, big home near a pristine beach.
