Portofino Resort is a full service luxury resort. It’s has eight Pools and jacuzzi also a full size indoor Olympic style pool. Clay Tennis Courts, SPA, Fitness Center, Water Toy rental, Water Playground, 3 Restaurants, Childrens programs. Beach equipment and bike rentals for a extra fee..

The Resort has five towers and our condominium is on the 17th floor of Tower 1 it’s a short walk to the beach.

We have a beautiful East facing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful sunrises. The condo is very clean and well cared for. Everything has been upgraded.

There is covered parking. WI FI network. cable for your convenience..

We have two beach chairs and an umbrella for your use at the beach. We also supply 6 beach towels for your use. If they go missing there will be a 20.00 charge per towel so please keep track of them. We have a large Patio Deck with a large built in electric grill. The perfect location for a fantastic get away!

We have a new purple king size bed in the Master bedroom and 2 full size purple mattresses in the Guest room. it sleeps 6 people Just FYI We have a new sectional couch and its not a sofa sleeper. We have new roller electric shades with remotes in all rooms that are blackout and light filtering in the Living room area. We have a ring door bell for your safety. We hope you come share our view.

Everything about this condominium- 1702, was absolutely perfect! The views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Pensacola Bay were truly breathtaking. Watching the sunrise from every bedroom—as well as the living room—was such a special bonus.The kitchen was stocked with every essential you could imagine, and the quality of the cookware was superb. It made cooking feel effortless and enjoyable. There were plenty of activities available every day, and as an extra treat, we even watched the Christmas parade right from the balcony of this beautiful condo.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend

Condo is just as listed. Very we’ll probably the most comfortable places we stayed. Had everything you needed to cook. Even used the grill! The only disappointment we had was the provided beach chairs were in rough condition and the umbrella was broken. We did buy a new umbrella and left it for the next person.

Great family condo

Outstanding location and condo. If you’re looking for a nice, clean, modern place to stay here it is! Owner communication was great too. Beach nearby was great and location has many amenities that made for a fun vacation for our family! Looking forward to our next visit.

Great stay with a breathtaking view!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in Pensacola Beach! The moment we walked in, we were blown away by the amazing ocean views—absolutely breathtaking and visible right from the living room and balcony.The beds were incredibly comfortable, giving us restful sleep each night after long beach days. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, from pots and pans to utensils and even little extras that made it feel like home.One of our favorite features was the outdoor balcony furniture. It was perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying sunset drinks while soaking in the views and ocean breeze.Overall, this condo was the perfect beach getaway—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a lovely vacation in the condo on Pensacola Beach. It's exactly as advertised and the view is beautiful. The check-in process was easy and smooth. When we had questions, the hosts were available to assist. We would recommend the Portfino Resort and this specific unit to anyone wanting to stay on the beach.

Vacation before Med School resumption

Beautiful place when you walk in -- so tastefully decorated - well stocked with pots/pans, etc. -- one of the nicest condos we've stated in at Portofino ---- it is updated, everything works, gorgeous views -- best vacation ever

PORTOFINO IS AWESOME!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Bruce and Ellies place. Check in was ez and they have everything you need for the beach or just hanging in the room. Super clean and everything you need is there at the resort!

Family fall break vacation

We have stayed in 5 different condos over the years at this resort. This one was the cleanest and best equipped for our needs. Great view from balcony with excellent balcany furniture to relax. Large tvs in each room. The only thing I wish I could do is move this to tower 3 for a slightly shorter walk to the beach. But that’s just me bejng a little lazy lol

Great Condo at a Great Resort

We loved the condo and the resort at Portofino. There was lots for kids to do on the property and really great food at the restaurants there. The owners were super sweet and helpful, but everything was just what we needed and there were no problems or concerns.

1st time in Pensacola

Totally stunning condo!! Very clean!! Short walk to the beach! We loved seeing the Blue Angels practicing all week. We loved all the amenities the resort offered!! The kids loved jet skiing right on the property on our own. We saw a lot of dolphins swimming by us!! Such an awesome experience ♥️🐬

Wonderful condo and resort

The hosts Bruce and Ellie were wonderful and great to work with. The condo had everything we needed for a great vacation. The resort was awesome with a great pool and right at the beach. The condo and resort were very clean and we had no issues throughout our vacation.

Great views!

When taking a break from the beach or pool the balcony was the next best thing. Great views, nice breeze and plenty of space. The beach was not over crowded, plenty of space and relaxing. The beach staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice getaway!

I love staying at Portofino! This condo was wonderful with all the updates! There was only one downfall to this condo. The living room furniture. It still looks beautiful, but the couch is hard as a rock. I’m not a fan of cloth furniture just because you can’t sanitize cloth between stays. My legs really need reclining to keep the swelling down, so I pretty much sat on the dining room chairs with pillows when we were in the condo. We will definitely come back to this property when we visit Pensacola again.

2023 Family Thanksgiving

I have stayed at the portofino over 16 times. This unit is by far my favorite. Clean, modern and very comfortable. If the owner would ever sell it, i would be the first in line.

Married in 1985 and we are an airline couple with two grown children.
Ellie was a Flight attendant and I flew for several airlines and ultimately landed a job with American. We are retired now and me having also retired from the Navy in 1993. My Officer and flight training here in Pensacola gave me the addiction to this amazing unique beach and locale.
We were always infatuated with the Portofino Resort as it is a standout facility! on Pensacola Beach. The Blue Angles are a staple attraction for the area and I am always impressed and complimented by there personalized treatment of the beach as they often do a seven plane pass down the beach front on there way back from a show to their operations base at Sherman Field, NAS Pensacola FL.

We have a very high standard of neat and clean for our condo. We have decorated and maintained the place like our home and we wish we lived there. We have earned a "Premier Partner" status from VRBO because of our excellent reviews; not to be confused with Portofino Resort's Premier status. We decided to rent it and remain hopeful that the folks that stay there take care of it. We have had outstanding folks so far and we are very appreciative. We do have a motion sensor at the entrance to confirm your arrival and the cleaning staffs entry and departure.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We have a direct gulf view and we are on the 17th floor of Tower 1. We have a birds eye view over the beach, water, wildlife, i.e. Pelicans, Dolphins, etc.. We also have a grill on the balcony and a full kitchen for the nights that you don't want to go out. If you don't feel like cooking Portofino has both excellent casual and elegant dining available at the resort. Service to your door and numerous local restaurants and boardwalk just a short trip to the west in Pensacola Beach proper. Motorized and non motorized land and water toys are available at the resort for an extra fee. Six professional lighted clay tennis courts available with tennis lessons from a pro available also, Starbucks too, had to say it! This is a sleeper fantastic place to have a blast!
