Paradise awaits you at this luxury Gulf-front Penthouse condominium that sleeps 6 adults. Enjoy spectacular and unobstructed SKY VIEWS of the Gulf of Mexico’s sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters from this exclusive unit. As you enter, you are greeted by a spectacular view of the Gulf that invites you to relax and unwind.
Throughout the condo you will find upscale finishes such as soaring 11-foot- trey ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, crown molding, tile flooring, and granite countertops. Relax on your private balcony (which can be accessed from all of the bedrooms and living room) while relishing in the picture-perfect views of the Gulf of Mexico and Intercoastal Waterway, all while enjoying beautiful sunrises and sunsets while watching dolphins play in the waters below. The 170-square-foot balcony with outdoor furniture also features a built-in electric grill, perfect for outdoor cookouts year-round! Portofino Features: A 21,000 sq ft. Lifestyle Center on-site includes a European spa, concierge services, fitness center, and restaurants. The amenities are endless: five rubico tennis courts, the Portofino Market, Starbucks Café, smoothie bar, heated indoor Olympic swimming pool, and two infinity-edge outdoor pools overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway. Each Tower has its own private heated pool and hot tub. All of this is on-site for your convenience, as well as, a variety of water sport rentals, bikes, mini cars, golf carts and much more. You also have the option of hopping on the trolley to explore the rest of the island's dining, shopping and night life. Portofino Resort & Residence is known for its sugar-white sandy beaches, emerald-green waters and the wonderful Intercoastal Waterway and Pensacola Beach lifestyle.

Of note, Portofino charges $80 to check in and $10-20 each additional day for their amenity fees (different per season). Amenity fee simply goes to Portofino (not to the owner) which covers your use of the resort facility pools, Jacuzzis, and fitness room.

We would love to have you return here to ‘SweptAway Portofino.’ I think your review is one of the only ones to not mention the beautiful gulf/coastal views😅, but folks can easily see for themselves what we mean by that from the pictures, so we appreciate you pointing out other details, such as cleanliness and of course the fully stocked kitchen. In fact, one of the most common kitchen questions is if there is a coffee pot or Keurig present. (For those of you that have not yet stayed here, the answer is BOTH, because we highly recommend waking early at least one morning to watch the sunrise. ☕️ 🌅)

Wonderful view and great property. Great for a family with one child or two couples. I appreciate how close Tower III is to the beach access and that the elevators have been updated, which may seem like a small thing but is nice compared to the other towers. Beach was really showing off this visit - perfect days!

The host, Hillary, is wonderful! The view is incredible with 10 miles of National Seashore and views of the Gulf and the Bay! The Resort is beautiful and offers something for everyone. Pools and hot tubs at each Tower, beautiful "Lifestyle Center" with Spa, Restaurants, infinity pools and two hot tubs! Water sports and Yacht that offers Dolphin cruises, sunset cruises, special event cruises!

Dear Judy, Reading your description of those 10 miles of unobstructed National Seashore views completely made my day! When we chose this penthouse, it was exactly that 21st floor sweeping panorama of the Gulf and Bay that stole our hearts. I am so glad the extra high ceilings plus top-floor views gave you that wide-open and bright vacation feeling that we experienced the first time we walked in too. While we only own our specific condo, we fell in love with this resort because the amenities are truly top-notch. I am thrilled you got to experience it all, from relaxing at the Lifestyle Center’s infinity pools to catching a sunset dolphin cruise! This condo exceeded every expectation. The location is unbeatable: steps from the sand, with ocean views from every room that made every morning feel like a postcard. We spent most evenings outside watching the sunset and didn't want to leave.Inside, the unit was spotless, well-designed, and stocked with everything we needed, it felt like a home, not a rental. Hillary was a great host, was very responsive and made check-in effortless.Whether you're planning a family trip or a quiet getaway, this is the place. We're already planning our return.

What a glowing review👍….That was great! Can’t wait to have y’all return. It sounds like you had things planned out perfectly to maximize your stay. I like that you ended your day with the spectacular sunsets, but I guess I should clarify to others that because we face southeast, our unit is known for picturesque sunrises, and that y’all must have stayed on the shore until dusk, or maybe did one of the dolphin sunset cruises, or possibly even went to sit on the pier by the main pool for the unobstructed sunsets. Some of the sunsets are so colorful with the purple, blues, transitioning to the oranges, reds, and pinks, pretty much taking up the entire sky, that even relaxing in Tower 3’s (ours) pool or hot tub, you can still experience the twilight glow. Well I guess I had better stop typing or no one will want to read it all. Hope to see y’all next year.

You may want to go ahead and book again soon as we love having return guests, and would be bummed if we could not get you the dates you wanted because they are already booked. Views from every room were breathtaking as advertised! The suite was very clean and the beach and pools were great. The resort itself has so many amenities you don’t even have to leave the property.

Absolutely worth every penny. The view from the balcony alone is worth it. Beautiful Penthouse Suite with a beautiful view. Assigned covered parking spot & 2 minute walk to the beach.
