First of all it has nothing to do with the review of the villa, because we are not responsible for the garbage of Sicily and then because it is absolutely not true. No one has ever complained about something like this and you could have saved it. Gardeners and pool maintainers come only once a week and are necessary services for the well-being of the guests. If the coffee machine didn't work, just tell us and we would have changed it right away! Finally, we never said that the pool was heated, it's a very important thing that you couldn't lie about! We are serious and respectable professionals and we would never have done such a thing. Surely there was a misunderstanding because of the language difference.
