The villa is spread over two floors and features lake views, a private pool, air conditioning, balconies, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 3 full bathrooms, a washing machine, and two covered parking spaces. The entrance leads to the first floor, where you\'ll find a bright living room with smart TV, two double bedrooms with lake views, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub.

Upstairs, the open-plan living area welcomes guests with an elegant sitting room, dining table, and direct access to a terrace furnished with an outdoor table and chairs — ideal for al fresco dining. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all necessary amenities. Also on this floor are a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower), another double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a second bathroom with shower, and a convenient storage room with washing machine.

Outside, the villa boasts a large terraced garden with ancient olive trees — which give the villa its name — and a private pool overlooking the stunning Lake Como.

Villa degli Ulivi can accommodate up to 10 guests and offers air conditioning in all double bedrooms as well as Wi-Fi throughout the entire property.

The villa also includes two private covered parking spaces, located in an external parking garage. We recommend reaching Colonno by car.COLONNO & SURROUNDINGSColonno is a charming little village located on the western shore of Lake Como, known for its natural beauty and authentic atmosphere. This picturesque town is ideal for those seeking peace and stunning views. The lake’s crystal-clear waters and the surrounding mountains offer a magical backdrop.

Colonno is also a great starting point for scenic hikes through the surrounding hills. The trails leading from the village offer panoramic views of the lake and mountains, including the famous Greenway del Lago, which leads all the way to Griante. Thanks to its location, Colonno is a peaceful haven far from the tourist crowds — perfect for guests who want to immerse themselves in nature and tranquility.

Please note that Colonno has no bars or restaurants, and the nearest supermarket is Sigma, located in the town of Lenno, 3.5 km from the villa.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that taxi service around Lake Como is not always reliable or easily available. We therefore recommend not relying on taxis once you\'ve arrived.

We suggest considering alternative options such as public transportation (buses and ferries), car rental, or private drivers booked in advance.

Just 75 meters from the villa — next to the parking garage — there is a bus stop, and at 400 meters, you’ll find the ferry stop. However, please note that only two ferries per day stop in Colonno: one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

In the nearby town of Argegno, a ferry runs every hour.
