Welcome to your Maui Retreat: Beautiful 7th floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium at The Mahana at Kaanapali provides everything you need for your vacation in paradise. Wake up every morning to breathtaking ocean views as far as the eye can see. You will love this luxurious home in an amazing West Maui location.

A private gate from The Mahana provides easy access to the boardwalk that goes for miles and eventually leads to the Kaanapali Beach resort area. Take a short walk on the boardwalk or the beach to Duke's restaurant next door or to one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment.

Property was updated and very clean. The view was amazing out every window. Pool area was great with plenty of towels and chairs. The beach was 50 ft from the property. You couldn't really swim in the water due to the coral and the tide was way too high to really sit on the beach. However, a short walk south about 200 yards had a public beach with plenty of shoreline to sunbath and play in the water. There were 4 beach chairs in the property that we made good use of although one chair was broken but usable. A boogie board and an umbrella would be a great addition for future stays. If the price stays where it's at we will definitely be renting this property again.

We absolutely loved this property! The views were incredible and we got to see whales and turtles from our balcony daily. The beach felt private and the property was so nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

The unit is everything as advertised. The ocean views are stunning at all times of the day. Other side of unit as mountain views with daily vibrant rainbows. Although just past past whale season, saw plenty of sea turtles and even a few sea lions. Host is very accommodating and responsive and provides everything need for a relaxing stay. We will definitely consider returning on our next trip to Maui.

What a special place. The view is spectacular, we saw a zillion whales and a few turtles from our living room. This is a corner unit and we had views on three sides. The furniture is very nice and comfortable and the host was welcoming and communicative. We appreciated having plenty of dish & laundry cleaning supplies & paper goods. The only down side: the guest bedroom backs up to an elevator so you hear some noice from that - not enough to be annoying but it is there in the background. Still, I'd gladly stay there again.

The view from this condo is stunning , floor to ceiling unobstructed windows frame the sea like a painting !! The unit was clean and equipped with 4 beach chairs, a large cooler , towels and umbrella.

Incredible property

No question this was one of the nicest properties we’ve visited on Maui. Perfect location near activities, but secluded enough to be quiet and peaceful. We will definitely book this property again next time.

Such a perfect stay!!

What a perfect stay in Kaanapali!! The condo was exactly as listed and had a PERFECT view of the ocean! We could see the lovely turtles frolicking in the water from our lanai, and the location was perfect for walking everywhere!

Great property for a family trip. Easy beach access. Close to grocery store, restaurants, Whaler’s village and activities. Easy check in and check out process. Parking was easy. Kitchen and bathrooms well appointed. I would highly recommend this property!

Excellent stay

Our family of four enjoyed staying at this beautiful and spacious apartment. Views out of the living room and main bedroom are spectacular. Apartment is right on the beach; walkable to Kaanapali beach and is a 15min drive to Lahaina.

First trip to Maui

We stayed here for a week in June 2024. The condo was just as described. Great layout, very well equipped, it truly had everything we needed. The views from the balcony and living room were absolutely amazing. Property had great amenities. Walking distance to several nice restaurants and a food truck park that we absolutely loved.

Fantastic

Third time staying in the Aston Mahana first time in the 701 property. Highly recommended! We loved every minute. Condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

This particular unit as well as the Mahana complex are both outstanding. Easy to work with and communicate with the management company. Views are incredible. Had a great experience overall

Awesome Views and Accommodations

All Glass windows on ocean side of unit. Great views of Lanai and Molokai. Saw a few whale blowholes. High quality shiny tile floors. Spacious bedrooms and shower. Very spacious living room and kitchen. Within 10 minute drive of golf courses, waterfront restaurants, luaus, whale watching tours. Highly recommend this place!

Gorgeous view!

Just like the photos pictured. Very clean. We sat on the 2 chairs facing the ocean every morning with our coffee. Great location. Can walk to restaurants, grocery store, food trucks. Best view! We saw whales every day and sea turtles a few days.

Magnificent Condo

This was a truly excellent property that surpassed our expectations. We were impressed with the attention to detail on provision of amenities for our arrival and the cleanliness throughout. The property has a full 270 degree ocean view and is enhanced by the AC throughout the condo. having evenings on the balcony watching the sunset were especially fun. We will definitely be planning another visit.

Amazing views

This condo has the best views! The condo was clean. It was well decorated. The kitchen had all the necessary items. The lanai was the perfect way to start and end the day. We absolutely loved our stay at the condo and would absolutely love to rent here again.
