You will love the spectacular views from this beautiful luxury two bedroom, tenth floor, oceanfront condominium which overlooks Maui's beautiful Kaanapali Beach.
It is bright and spacious with a 270 degree wrap around view of Kaanapali Beach, the pool and the mountains.
It is located in the "Lanai building" at the highly rated Mahana at Kaanapali.

We are located on Kaanapali Beach, which was rated the #1 beach in the US and #4 in the world in the 2024 Travels Choice Awards on Trip Advisor! Also it’s was #1 in the 2023 USA Today Readers Choice. You can't beat the location.

The large lanai overlooks the ocean and is perfect for whale watching and enjoying the spectacular sunsets between the islands of Lanai and Molokai in the distance. Often you can see turtles bobbing in the waves from the lanai and front windows.

The extremely comfortable king size bed will leave you relaxed to enjoy your vacation in paradise. There are also two comfy twin size beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms with ensuites.

Step out of the condo and enjoy fantastic snorkeling or walk for miles along the beautiful sandy beach.

The quiet surroundings at the Mahana at Kaanapali offer uncommon privacy, yet we are very close to the activity of the Kaanapali Resort area. Take a short walk up the beach to one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment.

You can get by without a rental car as there is shopping and restaurants easily within walking distance, and you are on one of the best beaches on the island. Just take a shuttle from the airport if you decide not to rent a car.

If you do rent a car, Parking for one vehicle is included in your rental. There are NO additional resort fees.

Groceries, beach gear rentals, food trucks, souvenirs, etc. are only a five minute walk away.

The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a fantastic sunset dinner. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. This condo is best suited for up to four people.

Everything was wonderful except the shower and toilet areas. Our stay was to celebrate my 80th birthday. As we age, our strength deteriorates along with our balance. Standing in the beautiful marble-tile shower felt dangerous. There was no grab bar or pad underfoot to steady one. I never took a shower during which I wasn't frightened.

This place is simply amazing. The pictures don’t it justice. It’s like you’re on a cruise ship surrounded by water. The host is attentive and very helpful with any questions you might have. Loved it so much that while we there we booked another trip the following year. We found our little gem!

Just incredible

This was our first time in Maui and honestly we had no idea where anything was. We were so fortunate to pick this place. There was 4 of us, 2 couples and each couple had our own comfortable beds and private bathroom. The view is just unreal. We saw dolphins, seals and sea turtles everyday from our living room and balcony. We snorkeled right in front of our condo and swam with the turtles. The vacation was one we will remember forever. I would recommend this place without any hesitation. Food trucks, grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Thank you for everything, we truly had an amazing time.

Incredible Views & Perfect Location

The pictures don’t lie, this 10th floor corner unit at the Mahana truly has the most amazing views. I don’t think I’ve ever spent so much time simply sitting in a chair, staring out the window. From the 10th floor, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking, panoramic view of the ocean and made it easy to spot turtles and dolphins!The location is fantastic, very walkable to local food trucks, with easy access to a beautiful beach and the boardwalk. We also had fun playing shuffleboard on the property.The towel exchange was super convenient, and having an in-unit washer and dryer made the stay even more comfortable. Mariana, the host, was incredibly communicative and accommodating throughout our trip.We highly recommend this condo and hope to return next year!

First trip, amazing trip!

This condo was so perfect for my husband and I and our 2 teenage kids! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked, the place was very beautifully decorated and... oh my goodness... the VIEWS! We snorkeled with sea turtles within the first 20 minutes of arriving. The grill down stairs was really nice, they clean it every morning. Food trucks within an easy walk, Dukes even easier, and we rented surf boards and made the quick drives in the mornings for surfing at the most amazing beaches heading south. And our favorite snorkel spot was only 15 minutes north. The property manager was so fast and so nice in responding to me. Everything was truly amazing and we loved it so much we are already talking about our next visit next year. Magical trip thanks to a gorgeous place that made us feel like we were right at home. Thank you to the owner and management staff!

Excellent stay

The property was great. Condo is on the 10th floor, providing beautiful views of the ocean. The pool and local beach was great (not too crowded). We were able to walk to many of the local restaurants.The only issue we had was not being able to use the TV in the master bedroom because the remote was lost. This issue was very minor.Communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We love the Mahana!

We are frequent flyers at the Mahana and this unit suited us well. We love the 10th floor because it's above the trees and makes for easy turtle watching. The space was well adorned and we felt right at home. Thanks, Sandy!

Simply Wonderful!

I traveled to Maui for work and found this place and so happy I did. The condo is beautiful, comfortable beds and sitting spaces in the living room and patio. The views are exactly what are described and are stunning and the beach was right by the condo. It was amazing. Sandy was wonderful to work with and looking forward to booking again when I come back to Maui for my next trip.

Views for Days!

Condo and view was gorgeous! Stayed for 5 days, rented jeep to explore Maui. Location super convenient to get around island and to grab dinners out ;) walking path was great to get to resort/restaurant areas. Few minor things with condo and was able to communicate with owner via text with prompt resolution. Overall a Great visit!!!

Beautiful condo right on the beach with fantastic sunsets. . We had everything we needed. It was close enough to walk to the grocery store, food trucks, and a couple of restaurants. It's a little quieter than some of the busy resorts nearby, which we appreciated. We'd stay here again.

Amazing!

This home was just like the pictures, but seeing the views in person was amazing! Everything was clean and inviting. It was great to have the twin beds for our kids. We love the Ka’anapali area as well. Sandy was very quick to respond when I had a question about the Wifi. We had no other issues. It was fun spotting sea turtles from the balcony! I can’t wait to go back!

Best Room on the island

The condo was fantastic. Can't say enough about the view. There is no condo on the island closer to the water without being in it. The sunset was great. Having coffee on the patio while the sun is coming up is fantastic. Just far enough off the main Kaanapali beach to be quiet but close enough to walk or drive to everything. The condo was clean, and very classy. Host was friendly, proactive, and very accommodating. We would stay there again in a heartbeat, or probably not stay anywhere else on the island.

Amazing Condo!

The minute we walked in, it felt like home! Everything is very clean and well taken care off. The views of the ocean and mountains are amazing from every side of the condo. We saw turtles swimming on the reef below. The property is in a great location, about a three minute walk to Dukes without paying all the resort fees. It is a great place to snorkel just off the beach. Close to food truck park, restaurants, and store. Property is very quiet and the host has been amazing to work with. She communicates well and bent over backwards to ensure we had a nice vacation.

Fantastic stay in Maui

This condo was great for our 2 week stay in Maui. There was plenty of space for us and all our scuba gear. It is in a great location close to dive shops, dive locations and lots of great restaurants. The communal grill areas are cleaned every morning and are immaculate. Communicating with Sandy with very easy and she was always quick to respond. We would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip.

Our stay was awesome at this property and Sandy was great to communicate with during the time we were here. The condo was super clean and comfy and located right on the beach. We loved it here and would return in the future. Highly recommend!!

We are retired and live in British Columbia. We have been going to Maui for many years. We love going to Maui to golf and enjoy all the things there are to do there.

We bought a one bedroom at the Mahana in 1991 and loved it so much, we bought a two bedroom.
We chose to buy in this location because it is right on the ocean, it is a very quiet property yet it is close to shopping, restaurants and activities. The grounds are meticulously kept, and the building has been beautifully updated.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love the sunsets on the lanai and the fact that you can walk right out onto the beach at the front of the property. The BBQ areas are great, you can have a sunset dinner without going out.
We love to golf, and there are a number of exceptional golf courses nearby. There is a great walking path that starts at the Mahana and goes for miles, along the beach, towards Lahaina.
