Welcome to the upscale Mahana Resort! Ideally located in the resort's Molokai building on the north end of world famous Kaanapali Beach, our spectacular premium direct oceanfront corner unit on the 11th (out of 12) floor has stunning, magnificent, unobstructed 270 degree panoramic oceanfront views of the Pacific Ocean. We provide free high speed internet, parking, and NO RESORT FEES! Unit 1109 overlooks the islands of Lanai and Molokai from its floor to ceiling wraparound windows! Views of the magnificent sunsets can be experienced from its premier corner location as well as whale watching during whale season. Being directly oceanfront it is only a few yards from the ocean.

The condo is beautifully decorated with island style furnishings including luxurious mahogany pieces and has central air conditioning. In approximately 1400 square feet, the spacious master bedroom offers a king-size bed, cable high definition TV, attached full bathroom, and above all, OCEANFRONT views. In the guest bedroom there are two twin beds convertable to a king bed, and TV with attached full bathroom. Our remodeled kitchen is complete with all stainless appliances.

The Mahana Resort is an upscale private resort located on the north end of Kaanapali Beach. The beautiful grounds include carefully manicured landscaping, tennis court, and swimming pool, jacuzzi, and barbecue area. You may stroll to a variety of nearby restaurants, as well as stores for groceries, souvenirs, diving, swimming accessories, and art. A short drive away is golfing, and an abundance of restaurants, and shopping. The Mahana Resort is also a nonsmoking resort including inside the units and on the lanais.

We have been serving our guests on Maui since 1998 and look forward to serving you..

PLEASE NOTE-BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST! We usually have a 5 to 7 night minimum stay in order to fit an average stay of a visitor to Maui. In our reservations, we try to book our unit back-to-back where guests arrive in the afternoon on the same day that the previous guests depart. If your dates leave more than a small gap between reservations, we would like to discuss this with you. Please contact us first before booking to make sure that it fits into both of our schedules.

We had a wonderful experience from the beginning. Dondi & Bill reached out once we made the reservation and answered all our questions. The condo is in a great location and when you look out the window, they have gorgeous views, whale watching and surfers.There are many great restaurants, whaler's village is close by and Dukes is within walking distance.We had a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful spot…loved watching sunsets, whales, dolphins, sting rays and turtles all from the window or balcony! The AC could use an update as is really noisy and older. Other than that, we loved everything about the unit…the supplies, easy checkin, bit especially the location! We also loved Dukes and our sea fishinh experience!

We loved this property. It is centrally located with access to many, many options for entertainment and food. The unit is exceptionally well maintained and clean. It is pleasantly decorated and has nice furniture. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. And although the TV in the living room abuts on the wall to the master bedroom, we could not hear that TV in the master bedroom. Good sound proofing. The owners thoughtfully provided many little touches that made it feel like a 5-star hotel, such as small individual shampoos and conditioners and individually wrapped soaps. They provided hair dryers and Kleenex. I liked the way they organized their kitchen utensils and how easy they were to find. The views from the condo are breathtaking and just when I wished I had brought binoculars, I found a set in the condo. The owners provided many games and books for entertaining young people and adults. We also appreciated that the owners reached out to us shortly after our booking and commenced a dialog that continued in a very positive way. They answered all our questions, provided detailed information on the unit, restaurants and entertainment options. We could not have felt more welcome or cared for. We would stay there again!!!!!!!

Amazing stay! Condo was spacious and comfortable with enough room for my teen boys to spread out. Views can’t be beat! Saw many turtles and a couple of seals from our lanai. Dondi and William were gracious hosts who let us stay a few hours after standard check out time since our flight wasn’t leaving until 8:30pm. No negatives except having to leave to go home. Would love to stay again!

A Perfect Place To Stay

For my family of 4 I can't imagine a better place to stay. The Condo was clean and the owners were easy to work with and very helpful. Almost anything you could need for a stay was in the unit. The view was unbelievable. We absolutely would like to stay here again.

Really enjoyed our trip celebrating our granddaughter’s graduation. The view was amazing and the location great. We walked to Dukes restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Very good food and ocean view. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful family Christmas stay at the condo. Watching the whales every morning, while enjoying our coffee was an unforgettable way to wake up. Spotting Sea Turtles from the condo as well was also an amazing experience! When in Maui, we will book here once again.

Beautiful place, great views. Saw lots of turtles and Whales right from the lanai everyday. Property and condo was perfect. The cleaning company could have done a little better job. Windows had prints all over them upon arrival and couple floors were still dirty but not worth complaining about. Had a great time

This property was spectacular! Food trucks and restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. The views!!! Wow!!! The whole property was wonderful. I have a few suggestions: more towels for showering, have the guest bedroom be a king bed and invest in a queen, nice sleeper sofa in living room, and more pillows, and maybe put more laundry detergent there. Thank you for sharing your home with us; we had a great time.

Beautiful property with awesome views! We watched turtles swim in the reef below everyday from the balcony. We were fortunate enough to be there during whale migration and were able to watch from the balcony and main windows. The condo is modern and was spotless upon arrival. The Mahana towers are centrally located and we could walk everywhere. The access to the beach was right in front of the property. What a great place to stay. The hosts Bill and Dondi were great hosts and very helpful with places to go see and eat.

We have been in the hospitality and tourist industry for over 35 years, having operated hotels in the popular tourist area and wine country on the Central Coast of California since 1983, which has provided us the background to offer our guests one of the finest lodging experiences on Maui. Our family began vacationing in the Kaanapali area over 30 years ago and loved it so much that we became owners at the Mahana in 2000.

What attracted us to this particular area was the upscale resort and its peaceful setting, beautiful uncrowded beaches allowing long walks, water sports, and incredible views of the Pacific and the islands of Lanai and Molokai. Our family was also attracted to its proximity to many restaurants and shops, many within walking distance. Our children especially loved the the many activities of the resort including the pool, tennis court, and jacuzzi. We were particularly attracted to this unit since it was one of the few larger than average two bedroom units we found on the island with both the living room and master bedroom being oceanfront with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Our direct oceanfront views are truly stunning from the 11th floor. Many of our guests describe the view as like 'being on a cruise ship' whether you are on the lanai or in the living room or master bedroom. Being on a corner, the 270 degree panoramic views of the Pacific with Lanai to the south and Molokai to the north as well as whale watching during whale season and beautiful sunsets are unforgettable. Even the guest bedroom has wonderful views from its floor to ceiling windows of the verdant dormant volcanoes of Maui. The resort amenities are for all ages, including the tennis court, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. Kaanapali Beach is uncrowded and offers great water sports including snorkeling, swimming, paddle boarding and surfing. Sunning and strolling along the beach are popular and walks along the boardwalk that start at the Mahana and extends down towards Black Rock offer stunning views. The location of the resort is within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, and is a short drive away to many more as well as world class snorkeling and golfing. The Mahana Resort is known for its superior quality of travel experience on Maui. Our guests enjoy the beautiful tropical interior and excellent maintenance of our condo as seen in our online guestbook.
