According to our HOA's rules, we do require at least one 25 years or older to make the reservation and going thru check in process on check-in day. Therefore, the adult will be legally responsible to stay all the time and monitor the the whole group members' behavior.

**Calypso is a much BETTER MAINTAINED/UPGRADED, Caribbean-style, luxury, condominium complex located at the west end of the beach, which is less congested and family friendly. It is right NEXT to the city fishing pier, and only a half mile west of gulf world aquarium. Frank Brown Park, and Ebro Greyhound Racing are also nearby. MOST of ALL, it is across street, in talking distance to the LARGEST SHOPPING MALL in West Florida, PIER PARK.

**Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville is across the street along with other fantastic seafood and grill restaurants, Long Horn, Texas Road House, Five Guys Burgers.... Across the street within walking distance also, is the newly developing large Mall Pier Park. It includes a Grande Cinema, the largest Movies Theater,with 16 screens, in West Florida.

**Cancellation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
