Poolside Condo Right On The Beach In Playa Del Carmen!!

Our beautiful condo is poolside to the awesome infinity pool of the El Faro Condo. Just steps from your own private terrace and you can enjoy the pool and only a few more steps and you are standing on the beach! The ocean view right outside of your door is truly breathtaking!

Being located in the heart of Playa Del Carmen has you within walking distance of many restaurants, pubs, nightlife and most popular of all, the world famous shopping of 5th Avenue. All of your basic needs can be fulfilled in close distance including groceries and any supplies that you may desire. There are many options in the area for day excursions such as deep sea fishing, tours to places like the Ruins of Tulum, catamaran tours as well as the theme parks Excaret!, Xel-ha, Xplor and Jungala. A short walk down the beach and you can catch a ferry out to Cozumel and check out this impressive little island, very well known for it's scuba diving!

The condo itself is fully equipped including 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It will sleep 4 as well as having a pull-out sofa to sleep 6 if desired. All of your cooking can be done in the fully appointed kitchen that sits next to a nicely furnished dining area for 6. All rooms are beautifully furnished in a classic style offering comfort at any time of the day.

Parking space is available if you are renting a vehicle for additional cost per day. Massage therapy is available onsite by request.

Great condo at El Faro! I have stayed at several properties here and this one is set up nicely. Owner provides all basic necessities like soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, etc. I also really appreciated the in house laundry. Great first floor walk out to the pool as well. We had a small issue with one shower and it was fixed within the hour. Great stay- thank you!

WONDEFUL property!

We loved the location and condo. Property had a perfect pool where we spent most of our days and walked down to beach to swim. All staff on site were very helpful and kind. Security was present. Location was great to walk to many restaurants and stores. We will definitely be back again, and recommend to our friends traveling to the area.

Great location in town/ beach and pool . Room was very clean and well enough stocked for our stay . Security was present all day even though I feel it wasn’t needed in the area ! I will be back !

Great location

Can’t beat the location. Right off the main drag with all of the shops and restaurants. Short walk to Cozumel ferry. Condo in great location of complex steps from the pool and beach, was super convenient to be sitting on the patio while older children playing in the pool. Parking very convenient security always present. Condo did have a musty smell to it if you are sensitive to that. Owner was pleasant and responsive with communication.

Sisters trip

The bottom floor was perfect. No stairs for my sister to have to use. Walk out on the patio, opens to the beautiful pool. A few steps from the beach. Security was present and very observant. The locals can not enter the area to sell anything. Unfortunately the beach was covered in mass amounts of sea weed. Which they were trying to get a handle on everyday. We did get in the ocean, but not like we would have if the sea weed wasn't there. Thats a hit or miss when traveling to the ocean. No fault of the location. The shopping and restaurants are very close. We enjoyed drinks and food at Zenzi on the beach. Awsome breakfast a few steps to Les Amis, so inexpensive and so many options. Delicious.

Was an amazing stay!!

I picked this for my BFF and I and our Quartly trip without our hubby's. It was amazing! The pictures are accurate, the beach has washed away from storms and you may need to walk down the decking to stairs to your athletic ability, its all accommodating to access the beautiful beach!! The keep the beach and the pool amazingly clean and the staff is so helpful and accommodating. The lower level ease and amazing access to pool and beach and ocean view with patio make this a 5 star! Graham was absolutely amazing and for the few hiccups he resolved them immediately! His helpfulness to arrange transportation and food delivery and everyother request was beyond spectacular!! I want to recommend 1000% but, dont want.to book it up so I can't return as often as I want!!!!

Really great location in the middle of Playa. Pool is great for families and the condominium is excellent all around. From security to location to the units themselves ( we have stayed in 2 ). If you like Mexico, this is one of the highlights!

Beautiful condo with fabulous view

The condo was wonderful, the staff El Faro was really nice, the pool was large, nice water temperature and well kept. They had tound the clock security on the property. I felt very safe. Nice location, the bar and restaurant next door was fantastic. Zenzis. I loved how convenient it was. They had alot of live entertainment, good food and it was not too loud as to disturb us on our patio. The owner of the property was incredibly responsive and helpful. Thank you Graham, you are a wonderful host. Overall it was a wonderful experience. One caution.... I was a bit disappointed with the beach outside our condo, it looked nothing like the pictures on the listing. Apparently they've had some rough weather that had changed the terrain extently... Their was no way to put any lounge chairs out on the beach because the sand had all been washed away. What was left was very rocky and we had to walk down the beach quite a ways to swim in the beautiful ocean water. For this reason we ended up spending more time at the pool and on the pool deck rather than on the beach. I feel like the pictures in the listing need to be updated to reflect the current conditions. We paid a lot of money to stay right on the beach and I definitely would have chosen a different location if i had known i wasn't able to lounge on the beach.

Great location, host, amenities

Apartment was as advertised. Owner went out of their way to help us when travel plans changed. When we arrived room was ready. Plenty of extras in the apartment like inflatables and beach toys. Cleaning service was great. Aside from some small things apartment was perfect. Don’t want to ruin it but noise levels were very low in that side of the building

Family vacation

Perfection!!! This condo is exactly as described. You cannot beat the location of the condo to the action of Playa and the location of the condo to the pool. Just steps from the comfort of your own home and drinks is the pool. The deck was under construction so the access to the beach was a little off for safety, but just sneak under the construction tape and there was a seaweed- less beach! Seaweed was my worst fear as I have done a ton of research and the climate has wreaked havoc with seaweed but I did not see a bit of it in sight! The beds and pillows were comfort and I’m pretty picky. We cooked breakfast and used the fridge for beverages that was so convenient for beers by the pool just steps away. The host as so nice communicating beforehand and helping to arrange transportation. I have zero complaints with this propert and would definitely come back!!!

Simply Outstanding

My wife and I could not have asked for a better experience. This was our first time staying off-resort and this will now be the only way we vacation. No where else can you be any closer to a beautiful beach, pool and way too many restaurants to have to have to choose from. The condo was very well kept, very clean, and supplied. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning.
