The home is located in the East Valley of Phoenix in a desirable planned community of the Ahwatukee area (closest city is Chandler). Located just minutes from Sky Harbor airport, MLB Spring Training Fields, the upscale Phoenix Premium Outlets, Wild Horse Pass Casino, Whirlwind Golf Resort, Intel and Honeywell Corp. Offices, South Mountain Trail Heads, and many wonderful restaurants, shops and some of the country's top golf courses.

Recently updated and remodeled, this 1,600+ sq. ft. 1 story home offers hardwood floors throughout, granite counters tops, new appliances, and is beautifully decorated in warm neutral tones. The Master bedroom suite has a King size bed, adjoining bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and a separate tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a full bathroom directly across the hall. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. There is a daybed in the living room for an additional guest to sleep. Luxurious linens, towels and pillows are provided for your ultimate comfort.

The home offers a 'cook's delight' fully-equipped kitchen with island, 4 bar stools, kitchen table that seats 4. The sliding glass door in the kitchen area lends to easy access to the Italian Courtyard for outdoor dining on the travertine tile table. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner under the stars and the sparkling string lights in this most intimate setting. Enjoy the brand new, stainless steel, 4-burner BBQ on the patio; all BBQ utensils provided (stored in the kitchen pantry). The family room boasts an over-sized, cozy sectional sofa with plush cushions and snuggly throw pillows for comfortable lounging and TV viewing. The backyard is lush and inviting, with a newly built sparkling blue pebble-tec pool with a large Baja step for sunbathing or for youngsters to play. The Cabana-style covered patio has 4 comfortable coach chairs and travertine table, complete with TV, that make for an enjoyable daytime or evening living space and conversational area. If visiting in season, feel free to pick fresh oranges or lemons from the citrus trees which line the pool.

Walking/jogging and biking paths are just minutes from the home, that wind for miles through the beautifully landscaped parks and greenways in the area. Mountain biking and hiking on South Mountain are a highlight here, just a few miles from the property. Groceries, gas, and multiple restaurants are all within a short walking distance. A fabulous, beautifully landscaped recreational area is less than .5 miles away, complete with tennis courts, children's playground and large grassy picnic areas.

Parking is available on the driveway only to accommodate 2 vehicles (no access to garage). Parties are not allowed. No smoking inside the home. 1 pet allowed, check with Owner for additional pet(s). The pool does not have a safety fence, but child safety door openers are installed on both sliding glass doors leading to the backyard. Please, accompany your children at all times while in the backyard. The RING Video Doorbell is installed near the front door as a safety feature.
