Welcome to Paradise! This beautiful home was custom built and sits on one of the nicest streets in picturesque Punta Gorda Isles.

For the boating enthusiast there is quick and direct access to Charlotte Harbor. From the lanai, enjoy watching sailboats and motor yachts as they slowly cruise by on the canal.

This spacious home has soaring ceilings with an open floor plan, which flows from the kitchen, to dining area, to both the family and living rooms. There are 4 large bedrooms (one bedroom has a Queen size- pull down Murphy bed and can be used as a sitting room or office, Two bedrooms with King size beds, and another bedroom with a Queen size bed) with 3 full bathrooms. The split bedrooms maximize guest's privacy. The gourmet kitchen is spacious and well equipped, including two separate sinks and food preparation counters.
Enjoy the East facing heated pool, spa, and private lanai. You can enjoy wonderful sunrises, sunny afternoons, and ample shaded areas to relax. On the lanai is an outdoor cooking range with a sink. There is a protected sun patio located off the kitchen and guest bedroom for you to sunbathe, or just read and relax.

There is an abundance of fishing to be had on the dock. You can fish for snook, redfish, sheepshead, and many more. You will love seeing dolphins and manatees taking their time as they pass you by.
Located within walking distance, or a bike ride (plenty of bikes for you to choose from) is the beach at Ponce De Leon Park. You will not want to miss the spectacular sunsets, fishing pier, and mangrove nature walk. Also, located here is the Wildlife Sanctuary in which children as well as adults will enjoy.

Fisherman's Village (restaurants and shops) is located approximately 2 miles from the home with beautiful downtown Punta Gorda just a short distance from there.
Walking and biking paths are plentiful in Punta Gorda. Many of these paths are located along scenic Charlotte Harbor.
Charming downtown Punta Gorda has many unique shops, highly acclaimed restaurants, festivals, live music and farmer's markets. Close by are beaches (Englewood, Boca Grande, Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva), sporting venues, outlet malls, and golf courses (so many to choose from).
We have a no pet policy for our guests who have allergies.

Cant imagine a better stay

The house was 100% on point. Everything worked, everything was good quality, the kitchen had everything you could possibly imagine to anything you could possibly want.The ad for this house was clear and not in any way misleading. In fact i think it understated the home.I have rented upwards of 25 houses over the years and there is always something unexpected. Not the case here at all.All of my guests were overwhelmed and what a wonderful property this is.

Pool pleasure

This home was a great layout for our 3 generation family. The pool was a hit with the kids, and sitting out watching the boats go by was enjoyable. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped for the cooking that we did. Nice neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful property and responsive owners

We stayed in Punta Gorda in February, when properties all over the area were still recovering from the hurricane that hit in October. The house was nearly perfect, with a few repairs still needed that didn't impact our stay. The owners were extremely communicative after the hurricane, and they kept us in touch with repairs, and offered to let us cancel if we weren't satisfied. It's a lovely home in a nice neighborhood, and we would rebook this home again.

Beautiful home on Punta Gorda Isle

A beautiful home on one of the canals in Port Charlotte. The location was perfect for biking, running, and sightseeing Punta Gorda. We had breakfast on the lanai every day of our stay, and it was so nice! We took advantage of the heated pool a couple of times and used the spa every night to unwind. The kitchen was stocked, there were pool towels available for use, and a great array of bicycles available which was a nice surprise. The home is spacious and comfortable, great for three couples to spread out in. Many high tech amenities throughout the home as well. Randy and Caroline were very helpful and friendly. We would stay at their property again!

Very Nice Home

The house was even better than the pictures. The neighborhood was great for walks and bike rides and the neighbors were extremely friendly. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool area gets morning sun so shady in the afternoon. We never used the outdoor grill as the counter and cabinet looked damaged due to heat. Our only disappointment was a bill after our first week for pool heat. The pool was at 60 degrees when we arrived so we set at 80 degrees (per description from owner). After receiving the initial bill we turned pool back to 60 degrees and did not use.

Beautiful, well maintained home with amazing view of the canal and location.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We had no problems at all getting into the home and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. Excellent home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay so much. House is lovely, pool and hot tub area were perfect. We enjoyed watching the boats go by. Quiet neighborhood and lots of bikes in the garage made walks/bike rides easy. Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Awesome house and location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home! The house was incredibly nice with plenty of space. Having several bedrooms and the outside living space made all the difference. The pool, hot tub, and lanai were amazing! Having the living room open to the outside let you feel apart of what was going on outside if you were inside. The home being backed to the canal was a real bonus! We rented kayaks and kayaked through the canals to the mangroves channels. So peaceful and beautiful and amazing. We also rented a boat for 2 days and was able to dock it at the house. The owners were super friendly and extremely helpful if anything came up. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home with lovely setting. Very well kept and clean. Great location on the intracoastal. Love the floor to ceiling doors that open up to the great room. What a great feature and is a tribute to true Florida living! Booking return visit soon.

Best rental house ever!!!

We have stayed at many VRBO properties over many years, but this home in Punta Gorda ranks as the very best!! The house itself is beautiful, with every possible amenity— huge TVs with every option, tons of cooking equipment, beautiful pool/hot tub/lanai area, great canal location for watching boat traffic, comfortable living spaces, and wonderful beds! The neighborhood is a quiet residential one, perfect for walking, and with friendly neighbors. This was our first trip to the Punta Gorda area, and we found it to be perfect for relaxing—many lovely parks, good restaurant choices, and enough shops to make things interesting, without the crazy busyness of other Florida cities. Possibly the absence of a real beach here would be a detriment for some, but we enjoyed the walkable waterfronts without all the people. Our month-long stay was at the very start of, and during, the Coronavirus quarantine, and we couldn’t have had a better place to shelter during this time. We cooked at home most evenings, but also got carry-out several times from restaurants we knew must be struggling during what would usually be their busiest season. Randy was absolutely the most responsive owner with whom we’ve ever dealt! He always cheerfully answered our (many!) questions, and responded to our e-mails and phone calls immediately. The home has many hi- tech features that needed explanations, and he was wonderful to deal with in every respect. This is truly a beautiful home, the neighborhood is wonderful, and the owner could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend it!!

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful. The pool and spa were perfect after a day of golf. Close to Punta Gorda and some great restaurants.

Great Stay, Beautiful House

Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our stay in the area. Making a yearly trip to this area we’ve stayed in a lot of houses and felt with a lot of people. This has been one of the best that we have had. Thanks!
