Great fun!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Plenty of room for our family gathering. The views from the boat were spectacular!

Great House!

We loved our stay at House with a boat! The house was very clean and comfortable. It was also well stocked with snacks and drinks. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept great. The boat was amazing, we had a blast exploring the nearby islands and beaches.

Amazing time

The home was exactly as described, the owners were great about communication and answering questions and showing us the boat and waterway! Very clean with everything we needed! Very comfortable and welcoming!!

House in Canal

This house was extremely clean and had all brand new appliances, and wonderful pool. Sitting right on canal which made our visit so wonderful. We even went boating and saw dolphins. Great vacation and location.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was provided including snacks and beverages! The house has a perfect set up for 3 families with small children. The pool was great. Loved heading over to Fisherman’s Village on the boat and doing a little fishing. A great place to stay!

Amazing Hospitality

We were their first guests after the renovation, and they did an amazing job renovating this house. Their hospitality was far the best I have experienced. They were easy to communicate with and on top of everything.

Great stay

Wee really enjoyed our stay. The house was supplied with all the basic needs,was very clean and as described.pool was cold when we got there but was taken care of promptly. Had some.motor issues that where taken care also. The team at House with a boat is excellent. Would recommend staying with them.

What a great week we had with House with a boat. The house had everything we needed and more. Cool, comfortable, plenty of room and a refreshing pool. Nice BBQ for grilling and the boat was incredible. I would recommend House with a Boat for families looking to have a stress free experience from booking to boat orientation and check out. We will be booking another trip in the near future.

Amazing

We loved the trip to Port Charlotte with House with a Boat. They had everything we needed a more. The boat was an added bonus. Communication was good and response time was fast. We brought our 4 kids and they all stayed busy with all the activities the house had to offer. We would definitely stay again.

Winter getaway

Eugene the host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The boat was wonderful and Max was easily available to help our husbands learn to navigate out of the canal. The house was close to grocery stores, fun restaurants and Fisherman’s Village. The kitchen was well stocked and our host had wine, beer, and munchies waiting for us! The pool was wonderful—clean and heated. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot

Great time staying at the house with the boat, everything was as advertised, clean, stocked with snacks. We didn’t have to reach out to the host for anything. Max showed us how to use boat lift and navigate the canal to port Charlotte harbor. We enjoyed the house , boat and the area. Definitely will be returning in the future.

Fully Loaded

Really enjoyed our stay at House with a boat! Have never rented a house that was so fully stocked with almost anything you could think of, including snacks and beverages! Had a a couple issues with the boat, but these were quickly rectified. All in all a great week.

Phenomenal family vacation!

The home was set up nicely for our family of six adults and 4 small children. It was very clean and well stocked with all essentials and plenty of extras, the most we have ever experienced in a vacation rental. The location was wonderful, pool-a ton of fun and the boat was beyond enjoyable! it was a real treat for all of us including the littles. We even saw dolphins and they came up to our boat! Wonderful memories of our trip! Thanks so very much!

Family reunion

We stayed here for our family reunion. It was wonderful. Great experience. Anytime we had any little issues it was handled quickly same day. Little recommendation- have a baby gate available to put in back door to protect any littles from water. Thank you!!

Our stay was wonderful! There were 11 of us 6 adults and 5 kids and the house was perfect for us! The host was great and had a quick response time! The house was clean and fully stocked! The master closet had a lot of air mattresses which worked perfect to air up in the rooms for the kids! We arrived and there were snacks and drinks which was perfect for our late evening arrival time! The heated pool was also great and there were plenty of pool toys to keep them busy! Another family favorite was the boat! We took it out almost everyday to port charlotte beach! The beach was the perfect size for the kids and had plenty of shells which they loved! The beach was never busy which was nice! The house also came with fishing poles! The guys caught several different kinds of fish! We also saw a dolphin swimming right by the house! Over all our stay was perfect and we couldn’t ask for anything else! We would definitely rent from them again!

Considerate of families with small children

Hosts were very accommodating for our group. We had two babies requiring cribs and high chairs. They made sure we had everything we needed. They provide education on how to operate the boat/lift along with some guidance on where to go within the channels and the bay. I’ve stayed in several rental homes and this was the best stocked by far. They even went so far as to have cold beverages in the fridge and snacks out when we checked in.
