Welcome to this beautiful house with direct access to the sea, welcoming up to 8 guests.
The sea views from the porch and the private garden make this small house an exceptional place to spend a few days of holidays, rest and relaxation. From the garden there is a direct access to a rocky beach where you can enjoy a swim. The stairs of the garden give us access to the entrance of the house, but not before passing through the beautiful porch furnished with sun loungers, chairs and a table where to enjoy a good meal outdoors while enjoying the sea views.

Distributed on one floor, the interior of the property has a rustic style. At the entrance of the house we will find a very luminous open space where we find the first living room of the house and the dining room. This room has two armchairs and a very comfortable sofa where you can watch a movie in the evening thanks to the Smart TV. The dining room is ideal to eat with your companions the food prepared on the gas cooker fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably throughout the stay. The second living room also has another TV, a sofa and an armchair. When it's time to sleep, there are 4 bedrooms for all the guests, all with wardrobe and fan for the hottest nights. Three bedrooms have a double bed and the fourth has a bunk bed. Finally, two complete bathrooms with shower and an en suite bathroom without shower serve the whole house. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. You can make use of the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Located in Marina Manresa, 1.4 km from the town of Alcudia where you will find all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc., including beautiful places to visit, such as its mythical walls. At a distance of 3.6km, you will find the port of Alcudia, a beautiful promenade full of leisure and restaurants where you can enjoy the local gastronomy. If you wish to enjoy a day of golf, you can opt for the Alcanada Golf Club located 7 km from the property.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
